Last night July 16th 2026 my sandwich meat is overcooked (burnd). I want to get my refund. If the food overcooked please, do not serve to the customers.

The food was delicious and full of flavor—I really enjoyed my meal. Overall, it was a good experience, but the customer service could use some improvement. The employee simply dropped the bag on the counter and walked away without asking if I needed anything else. I actually needed mayo, and unfortunately there wasn’t any available in the condiment basket, which only had ketchup. A little more attentiveness and friendliness would have made the experience even better.

While none of the self-service kiosks were working during some visits, and there may be occasional issues like missing straws or sauce packs, George the GM is recognized as an amazing manager who handles situations with composure and professionalism. McDonald's remains a reliable and satisfying option for a quick meal, especially when cooking is not an option.
