Starbucks in Lowell

“I from texas and I stopped there because me and my sister want to get a refreshment, and the asian girl In the front I think I saw her name was Kristen, took care of us with a perfect customer service!!! Most of the time when you go to a startbucks in target they never welcome you the way she did it, I was very impressed and appreciate the warm welcome she provided, this is the ruth of all customer service and this is how you succeed. “Same menu as any other Starbucks. If you go here in between classes good luck getting your coffee quickly. Sometimes the lines back up to a 15 minute wait at least if it's before or after a class. Theres pretty much no like of you go during class though. No one really talks to you while you stand in line and the Staff Is usually just busy making orders. They work well under pressure though.“

“I ordered the chicken gyro with everything on it. The gyro comes wrapped in foil, appears neatly packaged but when you open to eat...messy as heck. My hand drenched afterwards. The whole ensemble is packed with flavors. There was a party in my mouth. With that said, it didn't stop me to grab a salad to go. Which was just as pleasing as the gyro.“
