Wendy's in Lowell

“Staff were extremely nice and extremely quick I come here a lot during my lunch break as I work at the grocery store right down the street from here they even went the extra mile and gave me an extra barbecue sauce with my mobile order and didn’t charge me. Very good place to go if you’re looking for a quick cheap meal.“

“The dude with dreads and glasses. I believe his name is Ben. He went above and beyond for my son and I. I had a baby bottle hidden under my coat, so he must have assumed we didn't have anything to drink. He quickly went out of pocket to give my son and I a drink, then quickly went back to work. Workers like this deserve an incentive because I didn't like this Wendy's before but now I don't mind it thanks to the new staff such as people like Ben.“

“The new manager is on top of things and the staff do try, but sometimes things still go wrong (asked for no sauce on sandwich, receipt shows that but sandwich still has sauce) and often we don't find it until we are long gone. In the store one of those drinks machines is always out of the flavor we want. Last time neither machine had lemonade flavors.
