“I believe it was the owner that greeted me, This was my first time into the deli. He told me he thought I would really like it and he was wrong, I LOVED IT! I tried the hot bar. For $9.99 a pound they have an array of fresh made dishes. I tried the lemon chicken, mac n cheese, vegis & roasted potatoes. It was like having an Italian home cooked meal on the fly! I am excited to go back and try other hot bar items and they also have a delightful menu of sandwiches/wraps/salads for lunch! I work in the area and I am glad I stopped in today! They also have specialty Italian groceries/meat/cheeses for sale! Perfect place. Thank you for your hospitality today.“

“First time at Milanos, very good experience. The two people behind the bar were efficient and friendly — I had a spicy marg and a tasty spritz with strawberry and fig. Friendly patrons at the bar. Pizza was delicious. Alfredo and manicotti both good. Very welcoming environment. It’s an hour drive for us and we will for sure be back.“

“My mother who lives nearby at Reeds landing enjoys still being able to go out for a meal now and then. Not only is your food always good, but I want to give a shout out to your staff for going above and beyond with helping my mother who uses a walker with getting through the front entrance doors safely. The owners/staff are really awesome, the prices are affordable, the pizza/grinders/salads/desserts we’ve had are all amazing, awesome toppings, and always delivered quickly. Pizza Royal is a great local pizza place in Springfield and I’d recommend it to anyone! I don’t get pizza from anywhere else.“

“This has recently become my favorite restaurant. We found it almost by mistake and ordered a pizza, since then we have been back more times than I can count. The pizza is the best around. The salads, subs, fries even the garlic bread is fantastic! We have eaten there, we have ordered pickup and the day I realized they delivered to our neighborhood was a great one! I love the people and the atmosphere, and the prices are entirely reasonable. There are many more expensive pizza places and their pizza isn’t half as good. No hesitation 5 stars. We had an exceptionally difficult week and this made life so much easier. Thanks for being great!“

“We moved from chicopee and looking for a great pizza shop we tried many but this one is the best all the food you can not go wrong with and the people make you feel like family when you walk in . iIt is a small shop but worth it family always ask for pan pizza when we go to their home to visit :) thank you for your service PAN PIZZA we will travel when we move“

“We ordered 2 large grinders. One steak and cheese and the other was tuna.
They are the biggest and best grinders and very fresh.
Take out today and I'm sure we will have plenty for 2 more full meals.
