“Honestly, the bagels are always awesome, but the customer service is so great. They are so busy and yet somehow everybody working there happens to be happy, smiling and fun. Shout out to Recco who answered all my questions about cinnamon butter lol. He also really explained everything about pop-up bagel and he was super helpful in a very busy chaotic setting. Whoever is reading this, whoever has some sort of push bring back the cinnamon butter every day all day every month it does not need to go away cinnamon butter, forever.“

“This was the strangest experience I’ve ever had. Came in here at 9am on a Tuesday like the pregnant fat kid I am needing a bagel and cream cheese.

Turns out their bagels are sold in packs of 3 only. I went back and forth with the cashier being like but I just want ONE bagel. It is truly the oddest business model to be forced to buy 3 bagels for 15 bucks with cream cheese that only works for like 2 of the bagels.

I proceeded to be forget about it I’ll just google somewhere else in assembly when an angel of a store manager appeared like my knight in shining armor- he said he would just on the house give me 2 bagels and only charge me for the cream cheese (7). That was a really honest to goodness customer service act right there.

This dude totally made it right to be like yeah it’s really weird we don’t do single bagels.

Overall great experience here and the food was good, I just won’t be back because well… I just want one bagel and cream cheese for 3.50 like a normal place (mamalehas etc).

If you come here you can also eat at capitol one next door bc this spot has literally zero seating“

“How anyone could give this place a bad review makes no sense to me. You've probably already read from the other reviews that the staff is incredible, but truly -- they are. They are so kind and welcoming to every single person that comes in. Aside from that, the coffee is AMAZING! They have so many different flavors to choose from and you can customize any drink however you like (even if it's not on the menu). Also, the breakfast sandwiches... wow. Get 'The Stallion', just trust me. Prices are completely reasonable. Honestly, no other coffee place I've been to even compares. I'll be a longtime customer!“

“We were looking for a new place to try croissants and coffees. We found this by their good images and except the coffee the pastry wasn’t as good as we expected. However we found the drink good and enjoyed it. Their standing kiosk is not same as the items that they really have so keep in mind to check the glass display counter.“

“Bagel World is the real deal. The bagels are always fresh, chewy, and have that perfect crunch on the outside. I usually grab an everything bagel with cream cheese or a bacon, egg, and cheese, and it hits the spot every time. The portions are big, prices are fair, and they get you in and out quick even when it’s busy. It’s definitely one of my go-to spots in the morning. If you’re in Peabody and want a legit bagel, this is the place.“

“Excellent experience here. We ordered catering for a medium sized party. Bagels were fresh, and pre cut. And happened to be delicious. Coffee and fruit (also fresh) were also great. There was some construction going on when we were picking up our order, making it somewhat difficult to find the entrance. Someone called us to make sure we could find the place for pickup and directed us exactly where to go and where to park. That was a very nice touch, and much appreciated! We would use them again for sure.“

“We were recently in New York where we indulged in perfect bagels almost daily, so we were pleasantly surprised to find Mamaleh’s bagels here in downtown Boston to be impressively close. The outside has a nice gloss and hard crust, the inside dough is chewy, the crumb density on par. Highly recommend.“

The classic bacon egg and cheese was nicely prepared and the sausage and pepper jam paired nicely.

The lavender lemonade was nicely refreshing and their cold brew is pretty good and acidic.

The wait time was a little while for the food, but they do have something to tell you in advance the time

4 stars because it wasnt anything exceptional for the price, but it met my expectations nicely.
