“This was an awesome experience-the atmosphere is casually elegant with midnight blue walls illuminated with candles and greenery. We had the 9 course option and not knowing what would be coming next just added to the adventurous feeling. The courses were comprised of small complex creations that were paired with different wines…each dish was presented with an explanation of what was in it and how it was made. They were well timed to come out just as we were finishing the previous one. The food was aromatic and fresh and innovative. All the servers were professional and pleasant. This was just so much fun-I give it a 10/10 and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new dining experience.“

“This place is located on Lewis Street. Out of all the sub shops located in the area this is my absolute favorite! There's only a few booths to eat in but the food is always made how you want it and if you are not happy with your order they will remake it for you without questions or hesitation. What i love most about them is the staff, including the owner, he likes to know and speak to his customers and works alongside his staff and just as hard as they do. He knew my son loved the pizza so when I would walk by with him the owner would have us come in and give my son slices of pizza ?! Giovanni's is definitely #1 sub shop in East Lynn!

“The staff was AMAZING!!! As someone who worked in the restaurant business for 28 years I was completely amazed at how the staff handled the crowd at the Freezin for a Reason fundraiser on Jan 1st. The place was completely jammed and they were so calm and accommodating. Someone was always there to take a drink order or whatever else you needed. “I absolutely love this restaurant. It reminds me of the American dream !!! A very tight nit family all working together. I believe it’s 3-4 generations that work here. They are always very pleasant and their food is always fast fresh and hot. I have never had a single bad experience here and as of now I’ve probably ordered from here 20-30 times so far. This restaurant reminds me of the foundation this country was built on. Which is small business. I enjoy every aspect of this restaurant. I got a small size of the chicken noodle soup for $13, usually $16-18 at other places and it was the best I've ever had—great portion too! I give 15% tip, total of $16. I read the reviews and don’t understand why people complaining about the tip, if you can afford to eat out but not tip, then maybe just stay home or take out, smfh“

“Never order pick up. We ordered 2 twin lobster one with ginger scallops and the other with black bean sauce. Shrimp fried rice and Chicken wings. The lobster had empty shells mix in the lobster with black bean had nothing but oil in the box the chicken was hard as a rock and I asked for no vegetables in the rice and of course it had vegetables. Mind you I came all the way from Dorchester and was so disappointed that I had to let customers know it’s better to eat in don’t order pick up“
