“There is an enchilada dish on the menu (I can’t recall the exact name) that is smothered in mole sauce they say is their grandmother’s recipe. This is the greatest mole sauce I have ever had. It is both sweet and spicy… amazingly delicious. Absolutely my favorite dish on the menu. I’ve tried several other items as well and they never disappoint. I’ve heard a few complaints about slow service… you have to remember that they aren’t microwaving junk they bought at the market. This is the real deal! I highly recommend this restaurant.“

The owner welcomed us with grace and kindness and told us that if it wasn't to our liking, he would make it right. We were gifted Rice Pudding (the cinnamon....oy vey!) and Baklava. “Last night I had the pleasure of visiting Volo Craft Pizza in Swampscott, MA — and wow, what an experience! 🌊🍕 The ambiance right by the water is beautiful, with Boston’s skyline in the distance, and the service made us feel right at home. Owners Pina and Tony are so warm and personable — it truly feels like family when you’re there. Now, the food… absolutely incredible. Having grown up with New York City parents (and with my own background working in a pizza restaurant), I know good pizza when I taste it — and this was next-level. Their Detroit-style Double Trouble pizza with hot honey was out of this world. 🍯🔥 The Caesar salad with fresh-grated cheese was crisp and flavorful, and don’t even get me started on the cannolis with chocolate chips and lemon — pure heaven. 🍋🍫 I’d happily drive 35 minutes any day for this. “I am a huge fan of key lime pie and have sampled it at pretty much every opportunity. Each time, I find something that isn’t an A+. The crust is too grainy or crumbly, the bakery has added meringue (which I like on lemon but not lime), or—and this is the most common offender—there is entirely too much lime in the recipe. But the key lime pie I had at Caramel was exceptional in every possible way, especially in its balance of lime flavor. I didn’t try anything else there, so I can’t vouch for the macarons or other goodies, but if you love key lime pie, RUN to this bakery!“

“This place phenomenal. I tried the weekly special Seafood Pizza (Frutti di Mare), and it was one of the best specialty pizzas I've had in a long time. The pizza was loaded with fresh seafood and wasn't heavy or overwhelming. Every bite was packed with flavor. You can taste the subtle garlic, and fresh herbs notes which let the quality of the seafood shine through. My favorite part is the fact that it is wood fired! It was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of crispness and chew.

Aside from the food, the service was outstanding and made the entire experience even better. It's clear that this place takes pride in using fresh ingredients and creating authentic Italian dishes. If you're looking for a hidden gem on the North Shore, this place is a must-visit. I'll definitely be back to see what weekly special they come up with next!“

“Absolutely fantastic from beginning to end! The owner greeted us warmly and seated us, the atmosphere was fantastic, not too stuffy, prices were well worth what I got served! The food was best tacos I’ve ever had in my life!!! Every taco was a piece of art. We had in total 4 different kinds of tacos : the bierra ones (brisket) came with this dipping au jus that was succulent and delish. The fish tacos were perfect and moist as were the shrimp ones with cabbage and slaw red onion so good, the Carne Asada (sirloin) was my favorite! The appetizer of deconstructed street corn was everything you love and want on street corn without the mess! And lastly the flan- a good decent flan- not the best I’ve ever had but the tacos made up for it!
Also drinks were great. Get the spicy margherita but it IS spicy! Thank you for a warm and welcoming perfect night!“

“OMG Best breakfast ever. Got a western omelet and I must say was the best one one I've had in years. My daughter got the veggie omlet and is the first time I've ever seen her clean her plate! Will definitely go here from now on. No other restaraunt can will ever top this place. Good coffee, friendly people, great service, and great prices. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting the best! I'm not the only one that likes it there. There was only one empty table left. Wheelchair access, handicap parking nesr the front door that makes it an easy access for those needing it. Will definitely go back there. Hard to find anywhere with a breakfast this good.“

Simply wonderful!
The service is impeccable—the staff are always very friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. You feel like they care about each customer.
All the products are fresh, made daily, with that delicious aroma of freshly baked bread. The breads, cakes, and savory treats have a homemade flavor that makes all the difference. You'll want to try everything! Especially the carrot cake with that wonderful ( calda de chocolate)😋😋😋.
Another very positive point is the cleanliness. The environment is very well-kept, organized, and pleasant for those who want to have a coffee on the spot or take something home.
Definitely a bakery that's a pleasure to visit. I recommend it wholeheartedly! Keep it up!
