“There is an enchilada dish on the menu (I can’t recall the exact name) that is smothered in mole sauce they say is their grandmother’s recipe. This is the greatest mole sauce I have ever had. It is both sweet and spicy… amazingly delicious. Absolutely my favorite dish on the menu. I’ve tried several other items as well and they never disappoint. I’ve heard a few complaints about slow service… you have to remember that they aren’t microwaving junk they bought at the market. This is the real deal! I highly recommend this restaurant.“

“Last night I had the pleasure of visiting Volo Craft Pizza in Swampscott, MA — and wow, what an experience! 🌊🍕 The ambiance right by the water is beautiful, with Boston’s skyline in the distance, and the service made us feel right at home. Owners Pina and Tony are so warm and personable — it truly feels like family when you’re there. Now, the food… absolutely incredible. Having grown up with New York City parents (and with my own background working in a pizza restaurant), I know good pizza when I taste it — and this was next-level. Their Detroit-style Double Trouble pizza with hot honey was out of this world. 🍯🔥 The Caesar salad with fresh-grated cheese was crisp and flavorful, and don’t even get me started on the cannolis with chocolate chips and lemon — pure heaven. 🍋🍫 I’d happily drive 35 minutes any day for this. The owner welcomed us with grace and kindness and told us that if it wasn't to our liking, he would make it right. We were gifted Rice Pudding (the cinnamon....oy vey!) and Baklava. Will be back every time I go to Mass General for treatment.“

“As the inventor of the fried clam, this place destroyed almost all other places that sell fried clams.
The fried clams that I had here yesterday were the best that I ever had! The slaw was good too.
This place is huge and is able to handle large crowds.
There are two separate lines/counters for beverages vs food. There are free drink refills on the fountain drinks.
The staff here does a great job.
I am thankful that I learned of this place and was able to go here.
They offer ice cream, but it is seasonal.
I really do need to reassess my prior fried clam restaurant choices…

“Their food never fails, always so good. Next time I'll order dessert first, because I always end up so full to get the dessert. That's how good their food there for me. Service is also good prompt and attentive to what customer might need.

update: Today we had the Greek cookies, almond butter cookies with powdered sugar and the orange cinnamon. Soooo good. The almond butter cookies melts in your mouth and the orange cinnamon has the just the right balance of orange and cinnamon.
The service is also still exceptionally good, always makes sure you have enough drink and everybody have what theu need.“

“I am a huge fan of key lime pie and have sampled it at pretty much every opportunity. Each time, I find something that isn’t an A+. The crust is too grainy or crumbly, the bakery has added meringue (which I like on lemon but not lime), or—and this is the most common offender—there is entirely too much lime in the recipe. But the key lime pie I had at Caramel was exceptional in every possible way, especially in its balance of lime flavor. I didn’t try anything else there, so I can’t vouch for the macarons or other goodies, but if you love key lime pie, RUN to this bakery!“

“The food was delicious here. The portion size was great! I forgot to take pictures but the food was so very good.

It was hard deciding between 5 Star and 4 Star. I wish we could give fraction of stars because while the food tasted great there are some things that keep it from a perfect 5 stars.

The meat and veggies and huge chunks in the curry so you have to spend time cutting them down to make the bites and the duck was a little dry, not much and the flavor was so good that it almost didn't matter.

So I really think this place deserves like a 4.8 or 4.9 stars. it's so close to just a pure amazing Thai place.“
