So ask for extra marinara on the side to dip it in and enjoooy. The owner or main chef last night and I were sympatico on this. Also he’s a total mensch- ordered a pizza and didn’t realize it was cash only, I had a $20 and he spotted me the rest. So kind, this is why I love small town joints. I will indeed be back as I always have over the years. Also, we then took that pizza and ate it at the lighthouse on the neck and watched an incredible sunset and thunderstorm pass over Beverly. I went there with my wife to give it a try , we drove out from Connecticut, and let me tell you it was worth it ! The pizza was well priced and you got a lot for your buck ! The bottom of the pie was just right, the right amount of cheese and WOW that sauce was amazing ! The pizza was overly greasy and the cheese didn’t fall off when you took a bite ! I grew up eating Caserta ‘s pizza off the hill in Providence, I thought their sauce was excellent but I’ve gotta say Little Italy’s was better !
