“Stayed here for about two hours in between business meetings. Product is just what I've come to expect. Good coffee. My only complaint was there was a cold breeze in the lobby even though the doors were closed. Probably coming from the HVAC and it didn't matter where I sat, the cold air was moving pretty good. After a while I was able to ignore it. There was barely anyone inside, so maybe the HVAC is set to a setting expecting more people inside putting off body heat, which is typical for many Starbucks.“
“Ben absolutely made my morning! He was so kind and made lovely suggestions. Even though he was the only one working (at 8AM on a sat?! Come on management help my man out) he made me the best coffee I’ve ever had at a Starbucks <3 get it Ben“
“The Baristas are personable and always helpful. I come here almost every day with my dog Nacho. He loves coming here for the treats and seeing Jessie and all of them. They love Nacho because he makes them happy and brings a smile to their face. Of course, I like coming here too, because they bring a huge smile to my face too. They're very thoughtful and friendly and work extremely hard. They very rarely get anything wrong, it's amazing how well they've done throughout the pandemic and the other troubles were all living through in these crazy times.Any business that has lasted through the turmoil that this country has gone through the last couple of years gets two big thumbs up from me. I mean that for the employees and the owners, because if not for a joint effort, it wouldn't work.For the owners I'm sure it wasn't easy to build an awesome looking store like the Bolton St, Marlborough, Ma store. I'm sure it's also been more than difficult to keep the business alive in this environment. I just have to thank all your great employees and the owners, for keeping an American staple alive in these trying times. Where would we be without Starbucks? I never want to see know answer to that question.“
“Highly advise ordering online, especially if your hitting there during peak hours because they are BUSY, if you don't you will likely find yourself waiting quite awhile. I do usually find it is worth the wait however, as I have never had them mLe my coffee wrong. I actually ordered it wrong once and I still loved it and added it to my order list. Really like that I can trust them to make It correctly, and that it will be ready by the time I go to pick it up! Props to them for handling such large rushes everyday!“
