“All the staff there are very nice and friendly. Nice environment to work in. But this man named Nathan that works in there ( he closes a lot). He’s nice, the way he makes his coffee and cooks the food it just comes out all so good. His customer service is like no other, it’s the best I’ve ever seen.“

“I would have given this store a five star rating but. After ordering my drink and while waiting for my food I kindly asked joanne If she could double toast my hasbrowns. Although she was going to package some that we're just in the warmer for how long who knos but after I asked she sort of frantically with an attitude grabbed new ones an cooked them. Now the point to this review is after I get my food an apologize for my inconvenience I go to leave an say "have a great day ladies" in return theres no response. Well normaly I try to be polite an not bash people or freak if something goes wrong. All in all if you dont like your line of work find a new job because all ik even if im in a different line of work then the woman who made my food the number one rule is THE CUSTOMERS ALWAYS RIGHT“

“Has been my go-to Dunks for a while now in the mornings. I usually get the dude in the am who is super cool and friendly. However, twice now in the past few wks, including today, I've gotten a lovely surprise sip of this.... I'm not saying it's him or whoever, but someone's making this. Just please do better Dunks. “Long line at DD drive thru next door... Honey Dew is tucked behind the adjacent Shell has station and I drove right up, ordered and was on my way without a single car in front of me and coffee was on par with anything I'd get at DD. and the nice girl gave my puppy a milk bone! So you know the pooch will appreciate the trip too.“

“Funk n donuts near me is just a great invite full place that has good bagels and donuts and great lattes. I go there every day and usually get the same thing. It's a great way to start off your morning!

Parking: There is plenty of parking and you never have to worry about finding a empty parking spot“

“It's another one of my favorite dunks. The crew is friendly, and I'm usually in and out. I stop here multiple times a week as I make deliveries down the cape. Melissa is my favorite. She already knows my order. I like that! Thanks ladies!“

“This is my local Dunkin and I always see them working fast and hard to make the mobile orders. They have very friendly staff in my opinion, they have always said please and thank you and had friendly conversations. They have convenient and clean bathrooms too! I see a lot of folks working here who speak English as a second language and they are working hard to learn and I think this a good fast paced environment for them to do so. Keep up the good work!“

“Several visits in just as many days to the Plymouth location on state Rd. We truly have been running on Dunkin while on our vacation. The staff at this location is great! Friendly, thorough, professional. Place is clean even though they always seem to be busy. They also have a drive thru.“

“I used the new order ahead option andbitvwas SWEET! When I got to the parking lot, I activated the "ready now." I used the app to complete the order in Osterville before I drove to Sandwich. I wanted to pick up an item or two before picking up my Dunkin order. By the time I walked into the Dunkin Donuts shop, it was packed and the line was at the door on one of the busiest Saturday mornings of the summer. Stepped in and up to the pickup station, grabbed my order and left! That's it! Wow! I do recommend the cups be marked with quantities of cream and sugar the same as they are on regular orders.“

“I am NOT a dunkin girl (even though I was raised in Boston). With that said, I constantly find myself at this East Falmouth location because the staff is AMAZING. They are always slammed and busy, but their kindness and smiles are constant. The regular staff on weekdays all deserve a raise! I will keep coming back because they are a pleasure to see.

“They need another person in the morning. The kid working kept apologizing because they were backed up. 2 people are not enough at 7 with all the mobile orders; food orders and drinks. I watched people leave the line or not even come in because they saw the backup from the window. The 2 people working were doing the best they could.“

“Yesterday was our first time we came to that magnificent restaurant. But It is obviously not the last. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the attentive service, with the finest dishes and wine and with the honest charge. We will surely return there again.“
