“The ice cream here was really good. The consistency was perfectly hard but smooth. The coffee was the best coffee I have ever had, and I've had many different coffees since it's my favorite flavor. The death by chocolate was also good. The portions were generous and the prices reasonable. The atmosphere was really good too. They had a train going on top and kids movies playing from Disney plus.“

“I'm celiac and went to Smitty's last night - I was really impressed with their protocol and the staff all knew how to prevent contamination! They gloved up, used a sanitized scoop and got the ice cream from the back. They went above and beyond - thank you!“

“They only take cash, which sometimes I forget about- but their portions make up for it! A medium sized cone is swirled to the size of 2 cups, and absolutely layered with crunchy sprinkles! They also do specialty requests and Blizzards that aren’t even on the menu anymore (like their s’mores blizzard) and “brittle crunch cone”. Their soft serve is the perfect consistency, and not too melty at ALL. I love going here during the summer and they use a 16 oz shake cup for their brownie Oreo cuperfection where you get more icecream than other locations that use a smaller sundae cup. Super good, hearty portions, and great accommodations. It does get quite busy at nighttime but the wait is only for about 30 minutes and it’s fun to socialize with people in the line !“

“The other night, we went on a peak time 8:30pm ice cream run and every single ice cream spot had huge lines! We just kept driving… LOL. Eventually, we found ourselves all the way in Mashpee at Polar Cave Ice Cream Parlour. They had a long line too, but at that point, if I kept driving, we would’ve run out of gas So we waited in line and let me tell you, it was SO worth it. They make the waffle cones to order, and the smell alone was enough to pull you in. Not only were the prices surprisingly reasonable, but what really stood out was the service. The gentleman taking our order had the kind of smile you don’t see often anymore—genuine, warm, and welcoming. The whole place had these nostalgic Coca-Cola throwback vibes, and it just felt like a full-on experience, not just a quick dessert stop. My daughter said, “I hope customers feel this way when I serve them.” 🩷 And my husband got a banana split that was absolutely to die for and only $11! 🐻❄️“
