“The second stop on my Cape Cod beer tour was Aquatic Brewing in Falmouth, MA for a few pints & some beer to go. This was the first brewery of my trip & I had taken it easy with lighter beer earlier so I was looking forward to tackling a couple hazies here. The gimmicks here were all ocean based with most of the beers being named after creatures, science & more. The taproom opened up in 2020 & was founded by MIT & Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution graduates Greg Horning & Alex Bergan. The brewery uniquely applies environmental science & oceanography to the art of brewing small-batch craft beer. They offered a nice diverse selection of styles including lagers, pilsners, pale ales, a California common, IPA's, porters, sours, seltzer & more. I took down three pints in the Massachusetts Brewers Guild glass I got with my first pour so let's check them out. 🍻🍻🔥☘
I started off with a pint of the SUPERGEIL Helles Lager, it was a good solid lager that was really crisp & a good start before getting hazy. My second pint was the DEFENDABLE DRAFT Pale Ale. This was a delicious & citrusy 6.2%ABV pale ale which could have easily been mistaken for a IPA if you didn't know better. The last pint I scooped was the ARONNAX IPA, this had the haze I had been looking forward to & some excellent citrus, stone fruit & subtle apricot. I grabbed a couple 4-packs for home as well so I'll get to those beers in the near future. 🍻🍺☘☘
The taproom here wasn't big, but it was comfortable with a handful of seats at the bar, tables, hightops, rail seating & some comfy chairs. They do 6oz pours on top of pints so you can try a handful of stuff & there is plenty of beer to go. The ocean & aquatic aesthetic makes for a fun & interesting atmosphere with plenty to look at & check out. We were there on a Saturday afternoon & there was live music inside so you can get your entertainment fix as well. This was a really cool brewery with some really great beer that I'm glad made it on my list, cheers! 🍻🍻🔥☘✌♥️🍺

“I love the Deli!! We just discovered it this summer and it’s the perfect spot to stop to bring sandwiches to Sandy Neck! Absolutely love that they have gluten free wraps! You have to be prepared to call in about 30 minutes in advance because they are busy, but it’s worth the wait. They are always friendly and accommodating…love the Deli!“

“I can’t speak highly enough about this establishment. Every time we’ve gone as a couple, with adults, with our grandchildren and most recently with a party of 25-ish for the hubby’s surprise 50th- IN THE MIDDLE OF their Oktoberfest - their service and Staff have ALWAYS been nothing short of Exceptional. What stands out the most is how HAPPY everyone is! They make you feel like friends the moment you walk in. It’s always festive- they have theme weekends- child and dog friendly! (My grandson especially loves the balls, blocks and trucks they supply from their ginormous “toy wall”.) The friendliness of their Manager, Wait Staff and Counter Staff, added to the ease of ordering and efficient service, shows the quality they put into running their business. The selection of beer is always fun to sample. Their light fare and the gorgeous landscaping gives them a relaxed, comfy, backyard “family party” vibe. If their name or the fact that it’s a brewery has stopped you from checking them out- you don’t know what you’re missing! With all that we’re facing in our world today, it’s a happy, friendly, carefree atmosphere to lose your cares in!“

“I had dinner here on 4/30/26 and I was so impressed. There were three of us and we all had incredible food. The spicy feta cheese appetizer was so good and I had a cod, scallop, shrimp combo with roasted peppers and lemon potato slices. Cooked to perfection. and then came the selection of desserts - Wow! I didn't have a cocktail, but my friends did and they loved the cocktails and wine they chose. Service as excellent - very personal. I will definitely be going back and bringing more people to experience this treasure of a restaurant. Highly recommend and I can be very critical of food. This restaurant was worth the money.“

We had over 190 guests and not once did it ever feel overwhelming — they handled every detail flawlessly and with such professionalism. The food was incredible, our guests are still raving about it, and the energy of the night was everything we hoped for. The vibe was amazing, the space was beautiful, and once the music started, the dance floor turned into a full-on party that never slowed down. “I worked with the Perkins Family for 15 years of my life! Many trips with ed jr down the cape and he has always had a passion for cooking and we had many conversations about it on our trips back n forth from the cape! I had lost touch for awhile and had heard ed jr had his own restaurant now and we had recently gone down the cape to visit my girlfriends dad at the military cemetery and we made sure we stopped in to check it out and im not surprised that his presentation and food is so good! The service, the food, and the ambiance was outstanding. It will be our go to place whenever we are in Falmouth.“

“We had an exceptional experience at Villaggio last Wednesday evening. Our waiter, Tim, was helpful, humorous and attentive (without being too attentive!). The food was delicious and plentiful. We ate in one of the small intimate rooms where we were the only diners. I would highly recommend!“

“The other night, we went on a peak time 8:30pm ice cream run and every single ice cream spot had huge lines! We just kept driving… LOL. Eventually, we found ourselves all the way in Mashpee at Polar Cave Ice Cream Parlour. They had a long line too, but at that point, if I kept driving, we would’ve run out of gas So we waited in line and let me tell you, it was SO worth it. They make the waffle cones to order, and the smell alone was enough to pull you in. Not only were the prices surprisingly reasonable, but what really stood out was the service. The gentleman taking our order had the kind of smile you don’t see often anymore—genuine, warm, and welcoming. The whole place had these nostalgic Coca-Cola throwback vibes, and it just felt like a full-on experience, not just a quick dessert stop. My daughter said, “I hope customers feel this way when I serve them.” 🩷 And my husband got a banana split that was absolutely to die for and only $11! 🐻❄️“
