“As someone who has Celiac Disease, I greatly struggle with finding good and safe places to eat.
Let me just start by saying, the staff here is beyond knowledgeable about their food, the ingredients, and with food allergies. I felt safe and secure eating there with my partner and some friends (two of whom are also Celiac). I ordered a caprese melt on gluten free bread with tater tots and chipotle mayo and immediately they were able to advise me that the mayo and the tots were NOT gluten free. They were able to offer suggestions, such as their chowder soup or their pre-bagged and sealed chips.
They were also amazing in asking if I had celiac or just a preference. They changed all of their gloves and utensils and prepared my food away from my partner’s food which contained gluten.

Honestly such an amazing place to eat. My partner and I have been saying how this very well just may become our favorite place to get dinner out!“

The atmosphere is so chill, the bartenders are cool and down to earth, they have board games, events, a few arcade games, a beer garden in the summer and allow dogs. “Cacao is a small cafe located in Newton Highlands, specializing in chocolate related confectionery and drinks.

We came in during the afternoon, and it was quite busy but the staff were very accommodating and knew the menu quite well, recommending some things to try out. They had a large assortment of pre-assembled goods to buy, such as chocolate covered nuts, as well as hot chocolate mix.

We tried the hot chocolate and the dulce de leche. The portion size was reasonable for the price, and the chocolate was pretty good. The hot chocolate was made primarily of dark chocolate, which isn't my favorite, but turned out to be a good choice as it cooled down and became more rich.

Overall, a great experience and would definitely come back to try again.“

“My wife and I went for a weekday lunch. The proprietor was friendly and informative. The food was good. I particularly enjoyed the butter chicken and the samosas. The lentil soup (served with vegetarian entrees) was also delicious with a nice little spice. I look forward to trying other things on the menu, like the mutton korma, palak paneer, and biryani. “Omgggg this place is my new obsession! The owners are so nice and welcoming and the pasteries are some of the best I’ve ever had. They turned the old Starbucks location into something to cute and girly I love it. I also ordered some cupcakes for a Halloween party and the carrot cake ones were so moist and flavorful and the decorations were adorable. If you like cool unique lattes with cool syrups they also have those.“

“Pressed Cafe is a chain of restaurants specializing in a wide range of foods, such as health foods, brunch, or casual dinner plates.

The parking here is not great, though take-out orders are available. The inside is quite spacious, with a bar section as well as multiple seating in the back. The staff are friendly, and they pump out orders very quickly even when they have many orders to go through.

I typically eat here for lunch, and have tried multiple different options. I found the clam chowder to be average, the bread included was a bit too hard for my liking but did go well with the clam chowder. The Buffalo Chicken Mac n Cheese is really good, it's one of my favorites to get. The breakfast bowls and salmon toast is also very good as well.

Overall, its a great place to visit and eat for a casual brunch or maybe a quick dinner.“

“Always great food, cooked to order, no microwaves! My all time favorite is their flagship sandwich, “The Commonwealth.” Piled high with freshly pulled pork, some pieces bigger than others, some with the delicious bark that defines great smoked pork. I love the optional cranberry habanero sauce on the side. Considering the sandwich has over a pound of pulled pork, plus a side ( I traditionally get fries, my wife likes the creamy Mac and cheese), not a bad deal for under $13 with tax.“

We also ordered the chicken and bacon rigatoni, the wings and a burger with Cajun fries. Everything was excellent. Burger made to order. Pasta perfectly cooked and everything was very well seasoned. Portions were amazing. We forgot to take pictures because we were really hungry.“

“We had an issue with Grub Hub, and ended up having the restaurant cancel the order (ordered large but they only had the small dough at the time, which I didn’t think would feed the family, they were very obliging in canceling) we ordered from Papa Gino’s which was more money, and honestly not great, my son (ASD and ARFID) didn’t like it and refused to eat because it was cold. Rocco’s then delivered a large caramelized onion, and gave it to us for free (we owe you a double tip next time, my husband forgot in the confusion). My son immediately dove in eating the onions off the piece and the rest of the piece of pizza. You have made a customer out of us. Not only because of the excellent customer service but the food was very good and reasonably priced. Can’t wait to try some of the other dishes as well, due to the reviews.“

You can smell a combination of all the wonderful variations of cupcakes they have. It is clean and has seating available too! They offer hot and cold cupcakes. Sweet and savory. I tried the chicken and waffles cupcake , the cheese pizza cupcake and the pulled bbq chicken pizza cupcake. ALL of them were good ! Would definitely recommend. Forgive me for the half eaten photo of the pulled chicken cupcake I was half way through it before remembering to take a photo!!“
