“Fantastic experience with worldly cuisine that is so much fun to eat! Me and hubby checked this spot out for the first time while in Boston. The restaurant’s manager greeted us and our wonderful hostess seated us on the garden patio, which we reserved. The food and lovely outside were amazing! The Moroccan mint tea was amazing! The Mo-Mo’s were so yummy!! The fried trout and grits are an AMAZING combo!!“

“We were in town visiting Harvard and decided to try out Sloane’s for dinner. What a great decision! We loved EVERYTHING! The food is amazing, service is great and the atmosphere is very chill. We loved it so much we came again our second night in town. I didn’t see one item on the menu that I wouldn’t devour. Our party had the fish and chips, pork sandwich (my fav), sweet potato and chic pea sandwich, Mac and cheese pot roast and the choco taco. I cannot recommend this place more!!“

“Everything about this place was so good that we visited TWICE in a row during a 4-day trip to Cambridge/Boston. My dad loved the seitan reuben and cauliflower po boy, and I ADORED the impossible ground beef chop cheese and Nashville hot chicken (seitan). And absolute W. Can't wait to go back now next time I'm in town.“

“The woman who waited on me and my family was incredibly kind. We have a wheelchair bound daughter and I just hope the know how come the made us feel plus the food was amazing. Save room for a cappuccino and tiramisu!“

“Today is the next day my wife is still raving about our dinners which were both delicious ( sorry to find the center of the lasagna was cool) our server was professional and friendly with great suggestions including a wonderful Bordeaux . Portions were generous will go back when in Boston again to try other wine, cheese, and dessert.

“Cafe Mami is a neighborhood gem. We've been coming here for years to enjoy their variety of Japanese comfort food. They have probably the best curry in Boston. Love the depth of great fruity curry flavor with their pork and chicken katsu and hamburger. Their gyudon has crispy sliced beef and beansprouts. Couple of our favorites are the Nininku chicken and beef tofu sets. Sauces are great and free refills on rice. They offer great value and quality. Staff is friendly and efficient. So happy they are still in the neighborhood after all these years.“

“Jackson’s Kitchen has been a go to spot for us for years. I love that we can get a salmon dinner with rice pilaf and veggies or an awesome sub or burger. The diverse menu has something for everyone! Don’t miss out on the meatballs or fish tacos either. I end up getting a few dishes- too many good choices.“

“I don’t know what spell they put on the rice and beans here but I blacked out mid-bite. The carne de res was juicy, flavorful, and dangerously good. This wasn’t lunch — this was a spiritual reset. I wiped the plate clean like it owed me money. Dominican comfort food done RIGHT. This is my second time here and I am for sure coming back.“

“I haven't had a bad meal here yet! Really love that the have smoothies....the cranberry delight smoothie is my fave 😋 And how they make their eggplant parm subs--dice the eggplant into small pieces instead of big pieces that get soggy like I've had at some places. The staff is always friendly, great service, and the place is clean. Maybe a lil pricey, but its worth it for the quality of food 👍🏾“
