Dunkin' Donuts in Medford

“This Dunks has been here 4/about 20yrs or so. Idk if it's same Corp./Ownership, I now have today's memories, "having the BEST coffee coolatta w/a turbo shot No whipped cream." Twenty yrs ago, it was "small ice coffee 4sugars & cream." I also have alot of "me time" during these times at this location. DN'T 4GET 2TRY THE NEW BAGEL BITES, EVYTHG BAGELS FILLED W/CREAM CHEESE Mmmmm DELICIOUS....??☕?“

“I'm giving 4 stars cause of the manager/asst manager or supervisor, not sure what rank she was, but she kept the ship afloat. My entire life is working in customer service so I know the feeling. Was there today (10/11) and watched her send a girl home get on top of making sure orders were right, thankfully mine was one of those and it came out fine, but she kept that staff in line. She was clearly a little frustrated w the uncaring staff and it was audible to all of us at times as she explained that these customers spent money for food and to make it right, but all smiles on delivery of food and give that woman a high five. Regulars all seemed to know her and she greeted them, so I'm def not first to see she's a customer service dynamo. Same way I treat all my regulars. Kudos“

“Good place to park for access to the city. It gets pretty full early on the weekdays, but on the weekends you should be able to find parking no problem. If there are any special events going on in the city, be sure to go get there really early--Everyone has the same idea you do.“

“Everyone's great . All but the owner/manager who treats his workers awful. It's not right he's just a mean man. Cheer up buddy because without these hard workers you're nothing. Nobody is better than the next person and karma is very real. I've seen him physically push (not hard or violently) a woman at the register to the side and speak down to her. He took over the register while browbeating this woman. PEOPLE NOTICE MR.MANAGER. I believe if people read this they'll be watching for this behavior. Nobody can miss seeing you with all your gold rings,chain and overwhelming cologne. ??“

“This place is very nice. I have something to tell you. A man was in a foul mood because someone spilled hot coffee on has pants and boy it hurts like hell. If the drink carrier with handles in the picture has been used, no one be suffering burns.“

“Weird location, tiny building, tiny parking lot, BUT great service, and everything is clean. Highly recommend if you're driving through and need a coffee. Expect the drive through to be extremely busy. Walk-in service is pretty quick though.“

“The new Dunkin coconut refreshers are good. I tried peach and pomegranate. The peach is sweeter and, in my opinion more honest tasting, the pomegranate tasted like purple and more grapey than pomegranate. But both were good. I suggest asking for whipped cream topping at checkout so they can put the correct lid.Edit: February is my favorite month because my FAVORITE Donut, Brownie, is on the menu again!! Love this season ❤️“

“So sometimes you just gotta give credit where it due. There is a guy on the drive thru window in the mornings/afternoon shift who kills you with both kindness and happiness every time you go through. Incredibly polite and always happy - he is a joy!“

“I come to this location and very often and have never had issues. The staff is always kind and as quick as they can be. They’re very organized and make sure to help customers in order. And this location definitely makes the best grilled cheese out of all the locations I’ve been to ??“

“It’s Boston, dunkin is everywhere but this is one of the better ones. It’s recently been renovated and has the coffee on tap. They almost always get the order right when you use the app. Sometimes they forget something from the order but it’s usually right. The staff is friendly and the drive thru is quick.“
