“I had an issue with my car and guess who comes and saves me right outside the store. THANK YOU GUYS (It was a nice young lady and gentleman with a dress shirt on...I'm sorry I didn't get names)......well I just want to let people know it was the kindest thing that has really ever happened to me and I just had a bad day in general and was at my limit. Oh and then the lady mentioned to come in if I need to (tow truck wait, who knows), and tells me the sandwich and a cold drink was on the house if I wanted, which I would have loved but other things were pending lol.....it was just super kind, and made my day. It's nice to know people out there still exist like this. ❤️. Karma is real too...“

“I live very close therefore i’m always ordering here and the service is amazing everyone is very nice my orders are always ready if i order online , and i’ve been seeing some people complain about portions but personally they are always very filling and if you go in store it’s even better 10/10 for a new chipotle keep up the great work <3“

“Good and quick texmex food (heavier on the mex thankfully). You can see them making the food fresh every time you go in there and you can taste it too. Lots of options for proteins, toppings, and side dishes. Tastes great; just a bit pricey for the portion sizes. That’s just Pat’s Place for you though lol.“

“Quaint little place that feels authentic and coupled with fantastic service. The owner who works the bakery is very sweet and accommodates your requests. Bakery items are so tasty and you will come back for more. The display of flatbreads are extraordinary as they are lined up for your viewing. A must for breads and tasty treats. The custard filled bombolone is the best (and my favorite).“

“Always great food, cooked to order, no microwaves! My all time favorite is their flagship sandwich, “The Commonwealth.” Piled high with freshly pulled pork, some pieces bigger than others, some with the delicious bark that defines great smoked pork. I love the optional cranberry habanero sauce on the side. Considering the sandwich has over a pound of pulled pork, plus a side ( I traditionally get fries, my wife likes the creamy Mac and cheese), not a bad deal for under $13 with tax.“

“This is truly the best fast food restaurant I’ve been to. It’s always sparkling clean, everything is organized and best of all is the actual service. The owner is so personable, knows our order and always takes the time to have a conversation with us. My son is very picky and raves about his meal every time. I was walking out with another customer a few weeks ago and she said, wow, I’ve never been to a restaurant where they were in such a great mood and so nice. It’s refreshing.“

“Can you believe this was our first time at a Dairy Queen’s? I personally never thought of coming here because Im not a fan of soft served ice cream. We took our nephews out and wanted a place for them to have Ice Cream and for us to eat something. We had hamburgers and cheese curds and were very pleased, one of our nephews had a blizzard which we also tried and ended up loving it, and our youngest nephew has a nut, dairy, egg allergy and the staff was very nice helping us find something for him.
We will be back soon and I’ll be having a soft serve ice cream just for me next time“

“I always find the staff at this DQ to be extremely friendly. I went to get an ice cream cake the other night, and when asked if I wanted something written on it, I said “feel better “. When I got to the window to pay, the 3 young ladies working told me that they hoped he felt better soon ! So sweet. Not only is the food and ice cream delicious, I left with caring wishes.“

“Five Guys is a good restaurant especially the fresh, made-to-order burgers and I loved the fact that I could customize my toppings. The quality of the patties and the toppings was good and above all I loved the generous portions of fresh-cut fries. However, the food is a little pricey compared to other fast-food chains.“

“The people here are extremely nice every time I enter I feel like Im at home. One thing that shocked me was the extremely clean bathrooms. The bathrooms are SO NICE and SO CLEAN. First time I came here I was shocked. I love using this bathroom so much and seeing the familiar faces every time. The food is spectacular. Everything is an overall 5 star. I love this McDonalds!!!“

“I visited Jersey Mike’s yesterday and was extremely impressed with the service provided by WESLEY. Despite the store being very busy and while training new staff, he maintained excellent communication with customers, acknowledged longer wait times, and apologized for delays. His professionalism, leadership, and positive attitude made a noticeable difference. Wesley is an outstanding employee who deserves recognition.

“I was walking with a friend and we stopped at Pizza Queen to eat. I have eaten hamburgers in many places, but this place really impressed me. The food was amazing, the place was very clean, and the service was fast. I also had a chocolate cake for dessert, and it was very delicious. “Dairy Queen in Foxborough is wonderful. Quick Service and affordable prices. The drive thru is efficient even during the busy lunch/dinner rush hours. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. DQ is still a great option for a quick budget meal. The Meal Deal are a good value for kids. The employee at the counter was incredibly nice and patient. The dining tables are looked very clean. It's really a good environment to eat in. I do recommend Dairy Queen in Foxboro for friends and Family.“

“I would like to give a shout out to Zack and the only 2 other employees working today at 7p.m.It was a long wait and admittedly, I was getting frustrated. I saw a kid walk an order out to a parked car, I waited in line, I waited, and waited. After finally ordering I pulled up to the window. I saw 1 single person (zack) with his headset on, waiting on the people inside, this was the same person I saw bringing out an order to the car. When he came to the window I asked "are you the only one running this place?" He said "yeah, me and 2 others in the kitchen. That's why the wait was so long" I said "How is this even possible?" He replied "it's OK until someone gets mad and yells at me"At that moment I took a step back and realized how much those 3 people were trying to do to please everyone, and with what they had, they were doing amazing. I simply asked for crown and told him they were doing a great job. This kid had more multitasking skills then I've ever had. It made me think that my wait was nothing compared to the pressure these 3 people had on them for hrs. BK give them more money for stepping up“

“The best place to go for advanced die hard skiers and snowboarders. It's definitely the spot to be on a powder day. Mountain is also suitable for intermediate skiers and snowboarders. This is a classic, charming community of snow enthusiasts. They sell a limited number of lift tickets to ensure the mountain is not overcrowded. When they are running both chairlifts to the summit there is zero lift line. Lift ticket. Pricing remains fair given where we are with inflation. It's a real fun place in many like-minded advanced skiers and snowboarders flock here. By your tickets online to avoid disappointment“

“Imagine this, you get off work a little early, take the train from Boston home to get the kids to the play place for some fun, and you arrive to McDonalds with the kids excited and things rolling smooth.

Your wife placed the order online prior to arriving and when you get there your slushee and pops are already on the counter.

Your youngest goes to the bathroom with mom to swap out his diaper before playtime. Your four year old is waiting with you at the counter.

Out of the back of the kitchen area you hear one loud f-bomb after another coming from the teenagers and manager. Your kid immediately looks at you, but you’re at McDonalds. What can you expect?

So, you get your meal and go back to the play place. You look over at your two year old to realize his diaper was not fitted properly and he starts to pee up and out of the diaper.

You grab him to take him to the car, and you being the responsible adult go to tell management. The young man who hears you goes back to talk to his manager.

They all take a poll in the back if they just want to shut the play place down and evict two other families playing there because “they just don’t want to deal with it”. Also imagine offering to clean it up, but no one has asked you.

Next imagine they were saying things like “who lets their kid pee on the floor”, “they must be terrible parents,” and how messed up it is the two year old had this accident.

Yes. All of these things happened today at this McDonalds. When I told the manager I heard every word they said and didn’t appreciate the mean and frankly awful things they said, I was told she was 24 and never wanted to have kids, so it wasn’t her problem.

When your customers and delivering value beyond cheap food ceases, what real value does this place have anymore? None.

“Everything here is awesome. Staff is great, great fresh food! The owner is a really nice guy and takes care of customers.“

“We stopped by Shake Shack at Wrentham Village during a shopping day, and it was a nice surprise. The location on the outer side of the outlet center, close to the parking lot, which makes it super convenient when you’re already out and about.

The food was very good — everything arrived fresh and hot, exactly what you’d hope for from a burger joint. The mix of kiosk self-ordering plus table service works nicely: you order via the kiosk, then the staff bring your food to your table. Our wait time was around 5–10 minutes, even though it was somewhat busy.

The place itself is modern, bright, and clean. Because it’s near a popular outlet area, there’s a steady flow of customers, but the staff kept things moving well.

Overall, though, this Shake Shack location is a solid pick for a satisfying burger or hot dog break while shopping.“

“Vegetarian options: I have vegan family members and Taco Bell is the only fast food chain we can stop at where they have good options available.

Dietary restrictions: If you build your meal on the app you can make a lot of quick options for different diet styles.

I normally don't suggest fast food as the place to go for meals, but sometimes you're on the go and need something quick. If you're working with dietary restrictions that can be difficult/expensive/planning intensive.

TB is slightly more flexible than average for fast food restrictions.“

“This Wendy's has an AI that takes your order and it kept getting my order wrong. Then when I got to the window to pay and get my food, the customer service was not good at all. There were two people there and both seemed to be in a rush to give me my food and got irritated when I asked for a cup of ice. I tried to ask for sweet and sour sauce at the window and both of them seemed irritated that I dared ask for sauce for chicken nuggets. They weren't even busy when I went there. I was the only person at the drive-thru. This isn't the first time I've gone there. I've been there 4 other times. The first 2 times I didn't feel like I was being rushed or like I was an inconvenience. The food was good though.“
