“I have been a frequent customer at the Mendon Ma. Dunkin since this store was a Dairy Queen many years ago and I can not remember ever having a problem with any manager or any staff members. Service is always excellent, coffee is always good, food is always fresh and the store is always clean. The problem with other review complaints is this new era of people who are to damn lazy to get out of their vehicles to go in the store and see how truly well the staff is. The laziness of using the drive thru has taken over many of the privileged people who seem to think that they are the only ones waiting for a coffee or whatever. Wake up people. When the store opens a 5AM this means some team members are up at 4AM or earlier to serve the public. Give them a break.“

“This donut shop is fantastic! The donuts are huge fluffy and absolutely delicious. Great coffee and menu options with fun seasonal donuts that keeps things exciting. My personal favorites are the Boston cream and the French Cruller donuts. Highly recommend stoping by.“

“This place is so wecoming and like a place from the past. Donuts were delicious and I loved my maple bacon. My son loved his vanilla cream with strawberry jelly. Coffee was fresh and Nikki was very nice. Overall great experience. We'll come back for a Jumbo donut soon. Yum!!“

“I’ve been to A LOT of coffee shops in my life, and this Honey Dew takes the cake. The staff is so attentive as soon as you walk through the door, with fresh food and fast waits. The mocha madness with a hint of pistachio is my favorite- highly recommend. Did I mention the staff? TOP NOTCH.“

“I visit this location at least 5x’s a week. The crew is great. They can get through a line I’m no time. Absolutely remarkable at knowing people’s orders. Huge shout out to the manager Stephanie for running such a great location and being incredible at her job.Nate for his infectious smile!Thanks for starting my days off right!!!

“I can't say enough about Betty's. It's our Cheers, minus the liquor mind you! Breakfast is always awesome, I suggest the corned beef hash, and Italian toast (huge!), made fresh on the premises! The Breakfast sandwich bagels are huge and prepared to perfection.... Coffee, either a straight up cup of Joe, or flavored, also awesome. The lunch menu is pretty straight forward, burgers, always a home made soup and daily specials. The meatloaf and American Chop Suey are two of my favorites, and I love their BLT's! There's actually bacon a plenty on them, you don't have to go searching through the lettuce to find it! My wife and I can't get enough of the place. Amanda, who's the cheif cook and bottle washer, is the most amazing woman. She's always serving the community as well as her customers. The wait staff are personal and thorough, always there with a fresh pour of coffee and a wonderful smile! Great food, great staff and a great experience.“

“I have never been to Honey Dew before and I had a great first experience! I pulled up to the store at around 4:58pm not realizing that the store closed at 5:00pm because Antonio did not make me feel rushed at all. It wasn't until I got home and checked the receipt for the correct address to leave a review that I saw on the Google listing that this location closed at 5. I checked out at 4:59:19 PM ?. Antonio was so nice and made me the best Iced Chai Latte. I also ordered 5 Dew Drops so that I could try each type of donut. I have tried a couple so far and they are so good! (And I'm picky with my donuts).
Thank you for being so kind, Antonio, and making me a great after-work treat!

“This is a great Dunkin location inside Garrett’s, they have a lot of employees and orders come out very quickly. They have a nice display case for their baked goods and donuts and it looks wonderful! I always recommend this Dunkin, it’s worth it every time since it’s never too busy therefore special care is put into every order“

“I’ve been living in Ashland for a couple of years and I’m about to move to Cambridge in a few weeks. To be honest one of the things I am feeling sad about is not stopping by this dunks anymore.

I only take the time out to write this review because there are so many average quality Dunkin’ Donuts… the staff here recognize me when I come and if I don’t go for a month or two they will comment on it the next time I show up. I don’t go every day or anything so I think they’re just observant and kind.

I’ve literally never had an issue with the food or drink, and the service is quick and extremely polite. I can’t expect much more out of a Dunkin’ Donuts. They run a very tight ship and do an excellent job and deserve recognition for that.“

“Nestled at the light sits this cute Dunkin Donuts where you can find your coffee always fresh, never old and burnt, they take your directions seriously.
They understand everyone has a different way to make their coffee and that one coffee can kick off a healthy daily routine or cascade a domino catastrophe.
Around lunch time, hopefully Olivia is the one to make your coffee or Jordan who works the last leg shift because they truly care about your order! That's unfortunately difficult yet ahhmazing when you do find More than one person at one establishment who invests attention to your order!! Give them a raise for those constant greeting smiles!

“1st time here and these ppl are a whole vibe . Energy is so amazing , customer sitter in there 3 old guys go to me isn’t that place great . We come and have coffee and talk and these ppl are amazing I had to agree. Lady smiled at me when I pulled I walked in she was stocking little counter . Then the man who took my order he sent my morning off right . Good vibes with my coffee goes hand and hand . “I’m not sure if things have changed over the last 6 years, but the donuts here are more fresh than some of the other locations I’ve been to across southern New England. This is one of my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts stores although it’s inside of a Walmart.“

“This dunkin donuts is clean on the inside and their afternoon shift workers are a beautiful group of young adults who are cheery, patient and have great customer service skills. A couple of young kids were taking a while to order in front of me and they were incredibly patient with them and showed them great kindness. These employees chatted with me while I waited for my food. We had good conversation about music, concerts and munchkins. It was a great experience and the food was hot and fresh. If I lived closer I would make this my daily dunkin!“
