I needed to reach the restaurant and it was *literally* impossible to get a human. Just a robot voice that says “staff do not take phone orders / use the app”
I was having an emergency and needed to speak to someone to know about allergy information.
Completely unacceptable. This corporation doesn’t even bother with the absolute basics. It’s frankly a safety hazard to completely refuse communication like this.
Great food and generous portions, but I've had a couple of times where my order was either missing ingredients or not as warm as I expected. The staff is usually friendly and helpful, so it balances out. Overall, it's a solid choice for a quick meal.
