Love spending over $50 to get the wrong order.
Every time I go in to pick up an online order, the staff ignores me. I asked them how I should go about picking up an online order so that they know I’m waiting, and none of them spoke enough English to understand what I was asking.
We've been avoiding Chipotle for several months, specifically because of the Methuen location and it's consistently terrible food quality. I've worked retail and food jobs before, so I know it's not an easy thing to do in this particular location does deal with a lot of traffic from the movie theater, a few doors down, but I don't think it's too much to ask for food to be hotter than room temperature and prepared with a basic amount of care, especially at the prices Chipotle is...read full review
