“Our first night in Andover before heading to Salem we wanted to mix with some locals and unwind. Muddy Waters was the spot. Jackpot. Casual atmosphere, ice cold beers, great mixed drinks, and always some form of entertainment. We are, drank, met some new friends, played some Keno, and were entertained with live music. Food was great. Nice bar menu. Highly recommend.“

“My family went to grab a sandwich and ice cream the fried chicken cutlet caprese was so incredible fresh bread chicken was fried perfect juicy and thin. The sandwich was one of the best I’ve ever had and I’m hard to please because I cook myself. So I’m a tough critic
The outside was clean and good music playing with things to do for little kids and us big kids lol. We’re going to try the restaurant next. But such a nice place to hang out on a nice day. I wish there were more outdoor spaces around here like this. But I highly recommend coming here. Ice cream was awesome as well

“After a wonderful experience at the Billerica location last month, we decided to try the Tewksbury location this month and had an equally wonderful time!
Servers are all smiles, friendly, attentive, but not hovering.
BEST fish n chips, the fish was so sweet and flavorful and tender and flaky. The slaw was delicious too.
Amazing buffalo wings. AMAZING... Definite heat but not too too bad, a nice citrus note that hits first. We asked for them crispy and they were spot on perfection.
Tiramisu martini hit right for dessert ??
We will be back here often. Great spot.“

“First, I'd like to say I tried contacting Charlie's before I went this route. I didn't get a response. I've been to Charlie's with a group of 8 for lunch. It was very good. We got what we ordered and everything was delivered together. On Friday, 4 of us went there for food and drinks before the Folk Festival. Okay, Corona, I asked for lime. Didn’t get it. No biggie. Two of us ordered hamburgers, one ordered a tuna sandwich, the 4th haddock. Nope, no haddock. Okay, sirloin tips. Nope. Country chicken. Nope and don't know what it is. Okay....I'll have a hamburger. 15 minutes after (mind you 25 minutes have already passed), sorry. no buns. How about white bread! 40 minutes after initial order, hamburger on white bread and something resembling a tuna sandwich (?) arrives. We felt sorry for the waitress. But definitely poor service. I'm sorry I have to post this, I like helping local businesses, but lack of listed items was horrible.“

“First time checking out the Billerica location, we go to the Tewksbury location all the time. This location is located inside of an old
Colonial style building. The bar side looked great but we sat in the dining room. The menu is the same and the quality of food is great. The craft beer selection was decent with a few local breweries represented, including Spy Glass Stateline IPA. Which was tasty. I got the Western Burger which did not disappoint either. Fries are always great, nice and crispy!

Kid-friendliness: The kids menu is great! It’s the main reason we go so often. They make a great grilled cheese with fries for a reasonable price.“

“You hometown average hole in the wall tavern BUT you can't beat the bahtendahs or the people! Most of the patrons ah very down to 🌎 with only a small percentage (as with most ANYWHERE ya go) who ah not 'very nice' If you're out & about on your Harley Davidsons, it's a great place to staht, and/or finish, your day with friends, old & new! “My partner and I enjoyed the food. The waitress passed our table multiple times, attending to other tables around us and then quickly running to the back to help them. I was sitting with no drink for over 15 minutes. I ended up finishing my partners drink, too. Mine never got refilled. Took 10 minutes of us sitting with empty plates to get the check, while she was continually helping the table on the other side of the divider (our table was in view).“
