“We came here as a group of 8 on Thursday night.While it was not crowded, there was a good crowd.On Thursdays, it is ladies night so drinks are half off which was so nice. We hung out near the billiards table and our waiter Bennett was super nice and checked in on us often. He even helped with ensuring another visitor had left the building because he was making others uncomfortable. I also loved the free popcorn and it was good quality popcorn! Through the course of the night we found out she is the owner/manager/ person who does anything she can to help.The beer can’t be beat. I’ve been here many times and have never had a bad brew. “It's always a little weird to walk through Whole Foods to go to a bar, but the tap list at J. Bartlett's is genuinely one of the best in Southern NH. They feature several dozen beers on draft, most of them from local brewers, and while they do have the typical abundance of hoppy IPAs they also have things like pilsner, helles, porters, and stouts, enough to make up a few different flights of non-IPAs. The vibe is very relaxed, and you can have food while you enjoy a drink. I wish it were a little bit larger so it didn't feel so much like a vestigial limb to the Whole Foods it's connected to, but overall it's a great little spot.“
