I asked her name and her name is Angela,
she took her time to come out to confirm if what I had ordered was being done right,
that speaks very well
she made sure that my food was just as I ordered it, and hot, she is very very kind, I will return to that Wendy's,
for their food and for the service received.“
“Edit 2024- Since my comment 2 years ago, this Wendys has changed for the better. I am not sure the name of the WONDERFUL woman staioned at the drive thru who is SO nice!! The past FIVE times I've gone, I have been VERY pleasantly surprised with how accurate, and how nice the staff is. GREAT JOB TEAM!!
2022 post - Really has gone down hill. No one cares, no one understands what plain, NOTHING ON IT means especially someone like severe allergies like myself. When you try to get stuff figured out they're giving you someone else's order instead of yours and then you're no longer their concern once that window closes. Clearly need more training. I understand work is hard right now but this is common sense.“
