We had amazing spring rolls that were so fresh and light crunchy and delicious! The best I ever had! Then we got the Peking Ravioli and they were also homemade! Not those regular hard ones they were like pillows of dough wrapped around a very tasty filling! Again the best I ever had! We had a couple of excellent cocktails and the Lobster Ginger Scallion did not disappoint! You can choose from the list of different cooking styles for your twin lobsters as well! “got takeout, went home and egg foo yong had no gravy on it. Called them up and told them about that. Not even two minutes later the woman called back and stated that's the way they make it! I have had this numerous times and there was always brown gravy on it and in container! She was very argumentative. For that reason , we will not be going back! DO BETTER!“

“I know every Chinese restaurant was mobbed yesterday on NYE 12/31/25. On Tuesday 1/30 I placed a phone ordered with Hong Kong Cafe II in Peabody for a 530 pm pickup on NYE. I got there early and the place was mobbed. They called out peoples names as orders where ready. After 30-40 mins of waiting, we determined my phone order was lost, so they took my order on the spot, and prepared it, which was ready in about 10 mins. The food was piping hot and absolutely delicious when I got home. I called the restaurant to compliment them today 1/1/26.“

“The food quality is a bit inconsistent from day to day. Occasionally, it seems like they use ingredients that are below the usual standard—sometimes to the point where the food is barely enjoyable. As I mentioned, there can be quite a bit of variation.

That said, I'd say the food is consistent about 80% of the time and generally tastes good. For that reason, I'm giving the restaurant 4 stars overall—but the dan dan noodles deserve 5 stars. Again, there can be quite a bit of up and down.“

“This was a surprise! We ordered 2 hot and sour soups, 3 kinds of dumplings, and 2 sushi rolls. Everything was excellent! The soup was easily some of the best hot and sour I've ever had including at well-known restaurants in LA and New York. The sushi was very unique and tasted very fresh. The dumplings were fantastic. I highly recommend their soup dumplings. Prices are very reasonable and the portions are large! I'm not from the local area but next time I come back to Danvers I will definitely return to this restaurant! Thank you!“

“I come from Lowell where there is Chinese food all over the place. To find a chi a star reminds me of home. Also my daughter has an egg allergy along with other items. They must have written down on a note next to our phone number about the allergy because they mentioned it before we did. They had no problem being extra cautious preparing my daughter's plate.
