“I got take out at the Golden Ginger for the first time in years, the service was great and the food was all delicious and freshly made to order. I had stopped going there when I had started eating gluten free food, however, I just realized that they now have great gluten free options including my favorite, General Gau's chicken! Family members who don't eat gluten free loved the hot & sour soup, the spring rolls, the boneless honey ribs, and the beef and broccoli. I am definitely going to be going back to eat there as well as for take out. I highly recommend them!“

“My daughter & I went to Wei’s Restaurant for the first time…we were craving Lobster Ginger Scallion and they had a great twin lobster special so we chose Wei’s…It was a Monday and our usual place was closed….Im so happy we found Wei’s!!!!! We had amazing spring rolls that were so fresh and light crunchy and delicious! The best I ever had! Then we got the Peking Ravioli and they were also homemade! Not those regular hard ones they were like pillows of dough wrapped around a very tasty filling! Again the best I ever had! We had a couple of excellent cocktails and the Lobster Ginger Scallion did not disappoint! You can choose from the list of different cooking styles for your twin lobsters as well! The owner was so helpful and sweet I cannot wait to go back! Well done Wei’s!“

“Great prices and quality. The food is always fresh, never greasy, not loaded with sodium, plenty of options. My favorite is the Appetizer Lunch or Dinner, you pick 3 and can add extra ones for a modest price. It's a mini PuPu platter with none of the things you don't want. Everyone in my office LOVES this place. We stopped ordering from the local well known place, both have excellent food, but again, love the options and price.“

“got takeout, went home and egg foo yong had no gravy on it. Called them up and told them about that. Not even two minutes later the woman called back and stated that's the way they make it! I have had this numerous times and there was always brown gravy on it and in container! She was very argumentative. For that reason , we will not be going back! DO BETTER!“

“Got a combination plate and it’s easily enough for two and under 20 bucks. The chicken fingers were perfectly cooked and the correct ratio of chicken to batter 🙌. Chicken wings were very tender, and they don’t skimp at all on the chicken and broccoli. Service was efficient, quick, and kind. Will definitely return here and try some different things.“

This restaurant is take out only and only has street parking. It is right across the street from the Oak Grove T stop.“

“As someone who has had the privilege of dining at some extraordinary Chinese and Japanese restaurants around the world, from Hong Kong to Tokyo to Manhattan, I can say without hesitation that this is the finest Chinese and Japanese food in all of Massachusetts. The ingredients are exceptional, the preparation is thoughtful, and the consistency is remarkable. Restaurants like this are rare.

We even brought our chef Tracy here one evening. She’s worked in several Michelin-starred kitchens and spent years cooking in private estates and luxury hotels. And she was completely blown away. “Ever since I ordered from here years ago, I have always loved this place. I got D19. Everything was hot and delicious. Chicken wings at other places have no taste, but here wow! Bug too. It's like two chicken wings. Everything is juicy and delicious, not dry. Big pieces of pork and veggies in the pork low menu. Extra soy sauce, duck sauce is free. Other places in the same area charge extra. When you walk in, the guy behind the counter is smiling and very friendly. I don't live close by, but the drive is worth it. I was a tad worried but the food arrived hot and freshly made, seasoned well for our palates and was reasonably priced especially given the generous portions. Staff are kind and helpful. The moo shi pork arrived with the appropriate thin pancakes stacked and shingled in foil and rolled in a way that prevented them sticking together - perfect! The moo shi pork had the classic moo shi flavor and they are very generous with the protein. The egg foo young was not too greasy and was also tasty. I never tried this dish before and can see why it’s popular. Most of the appetizers are your classic fried not-really-Chinese bites and are done true to what one remembers and craves. We would join our friends again next time a craving strikes for classic American-Chinese food.“

“We have ordered from here at least 5-6 times and it’s always really, really good, tasted fresh, good sauce to ingredients rating, etc. I recommend them in the Medford area over any other spot we have tried.
My only criticism this last time is that their fried rice didn’t have a lot of veggies in it (only bean sprouts and onions). I like peas, carrots, etc in my rice. But otherwise, it is cooked well and the shrimp in the shrimp option are cooked well and very tasty.
Also, my cashew chicken had peanuts instead of cashews. Thankfully i like peanuts.“

Online it said it was only $41 but when I got there it was $51, she let me pay the $44 I had and told me come back tomorrow to pay the rest, which I will. I’m not sure if they were re doing the restaurant but there was only one table and a few chairs put around the restaurant, it was pretty full of people and I had no space to be in there comfortably, on a hot day, this was not what I was hoping for! “My go-to for local Chinese food. They are lightning quick and always friendly. Keeping it real: this is not the place for a romantic anniversary dinner. However, if what you want is a hot, delicious, filling meal (especially to-go) this is a sure bet.“

“I've been wanting to try this place for a long time. I've always heard great things. Today i stopped in and got the best hot & sour soup I've had in 30 years. I'm talking nearly perfect. I also got a chicken yaki udon noodle and id give it a 9/10. Great bouncy noodles with plenty of flavor and no shortage of chicken and veggies. I cannot wait to try more from this place. I'm coming from tewksbury and it's totally worth the drive.“
