It was all delicious. I don’t use chop sticks so they brought me a fork. Would highly recommend this place it was busy but we don’t have to wait long for a table and they had a steady line of to go orders going out as well.“

“The food here at Chef Zhang's is amazing! The minced pork black bean noodles have an amazing texture and the dishes have great presentation. They have great spice levels and you can ask for your food to be less or extra spicy. The owner is super friendly and service is great.“

“My daughter & I went to Wei’s Restaurant for the first time…we were craving Lobster Ginger Scallion and they had a great twin lobster special so we chose Wei’s…It was a Monday and our usual place was closed….Im so happy we found Wei’s!!!!! We had amazing spring rolls that were so fresh and light crunchy and delicious! The best I ever had! Then we got the Peking Ravioli and they were also homemade! Not those regular hard ones they were like pillows of dough wrapped around a very tasty filling! Again the best I ever had! We had a couple of excellent cocktails and the Lobster Ginger Scallion did not disappoint! You can choose from the list of different cooking styles for your twin lobsters as well! “Came outside peak hours and had a pretty relaxed meal. The bilingual menu descriptions were fun. We ordered three meat dishes, and while everything was solid, nothing really stood out. It felt a little pricey at the end, though I’m not sure if that’s just the going rate for Chinese food in Somerville. Sichuan Cuisine in Watertown is still my favorite.“

“got takeout, went home and egg foo yong had no gravy on it. Called them up and told them about that. Not even two minutes later the woman called back and stated that's the way they make it! I have had this numerous times and there was always brown gravy on it and in container! She was very argumentative. For that reason , we will not be going back! DO BETTER!“

“The dumplings were really yummy and fresh. Our noodle soups were okay, nothing impressive though. I liked the flavor of my sour and spicy broth. It was yummy to try hand pulled noodles though hated how much they stuck together. Crab rangoons and egg rolls were really average here.“

“Got a combination plate and it’s easily enough for two and under 20 bucks. The chicken fingers were perfectly cooked and the correct ratio of chicken to batter 🙌. Chicken wings were very tender, and they don’t skimp at all on the chicken and broccoli. Service was efficient, quick, and kind. Will definitely return here and try some different things.“

“This review is long overdue, but this is a great Thai small business to support. The place is cozy [with seasonal outdoor seating] and the staff is always warm. The Drunken noodles are my go-to and it is a generous portion of noodles AND protein...for the most part. I strongly discourage paying extra for extra protein as I paid $3 for EXTRA protein and received 3 small shrimp. This seems to be a trend as I have ordered DN at two other places and the extra fee was not reflected in the portion delivered. But Mae does deliver consistently outside of this.“

“The staff here are so nice. We got the three rice combo and it was enough for two people to split. We tried the roast duck, char siu bbq pork, and pork belly. The char siu was our favorite.

This restaurant is take out only and only has street parking. It is right across the street from the Oak Grove T stop.“

“Food is authentic! No BS Americanized Chinese food. They got some serious Chinese dishes. I ordered 豆瓣魚片 and 京都排, both were delicious. They serve free jasmine tea. Nice atmosphere. Prices are very very reasonable. Highly recommended.

They have lunch specials too until 3PM Monday to Friday. Our dishes portion were lunch specials. Lunch specials come with one full globe of bowl of rice. You’ll walk out full and happy! Will come back again two years later when my younger child comes to Boston for his college tour.“

“Went to an escape room nearby and a friend wanted Chinese near us and checked on the maps and this was close by and had good reviews.

Just like the reviews said there is as paid parking lot right next to it and you may find free street parking around.

Quiet with plenty of seating and very authentic Chinese food, not the Americanized Chinese food. They also served us water right away and kept coming around to make sure our glasses were always topped up.

The friend who wanted Chinese asked the waiter for a shrimp recommendation and talked with the waiter about what he would like and when the food came it was exactly what he wanted. Everyone lived their dishes and the prices were very reasonable.

We even agreed that next time we do the escape room in the area, we are going back to eat there again.“

“Great value for everything you get! The variety of veggies and sides was great, hands down my favorite part! They also had white rice, prepared chow mien, pastries, and fruit. Oh and little containers of ice cream. We did have to wave our waiters down but it was no biggie, they were all very friendly.“
