“Tonight, we ordered subs and sat down to eat them. We didn't realize it, but it got late. We left at 9:15pm. The place closed at 9pm. They did not rush us out. Instead, they allowed us to eat and relax. As soon as we left, the table was wiped, lights shut and door locked. Thank you Subway for providing a great customer service experience. They still made me a fresh roast beef sandwich, and they re-fired the fryers and made a cutlet sandwich for my friend. They certainly did not neeed to do any of this so close to closing time. The food was all delicious. I highly recommend giving these amazing people your business.“

“Breakers is my preferred ice cream shop in Woburn even though I have another shop much closer. Ordering is efficient, orders are fulfilled accurately and quickly, and employees resolve any issues quickly and respectfully. Flavors are posted legibly and the variety of flavors is excellent. There is a parking lot, which is nice, and indoor seating and ordering which is helpful in the winter.“

“This place is the best all around sandwich/pizza shop anywhere. Great salads, sandwiches, dinners. I haven’t had a bad meal yet. The shop is clean and tidy, the employees are friendly and thorough. They repeat your order at least twice and get it right 100% of the time. Pizza is delicious, fried shrimp dinner is plentiful and yummy. We had their Buffalo wings at a party and they’re as good as any I’ve had at a restaurant. I recently got a ham club, I think there was a half pound of ham in it, crazy good, had to split it between 2 meals. Oh…the best skinny fries, they rival McDonalds (better eat them in the car on the way home) They have half a dozen tables if you want to eat there. My whole family gets food here all the time! They cater our family parties too.“

Parking: Parking is at an open air mall. One needs to be cautious with other drivers careening across the lot w/o regards to stop signs., using the lot as a shortcut to other neighboring areas & stores.“

“Best fast food place ever! The chicken sandwich and waffle fries there is heavenly and should cost a fortune for how good it is I definitely suggest it for anyone who likes chicken because it's better than homemade and any other chicken I tried, and also the service is great all the staff say my pleasure and are quick and nice. The atmosphere is a little crazy with the amount of kids swearing and doing dumb stuff and it's hard to find a table but it's not their fault because it is a food court but other than that it's amazing definitely deserves 5 stars and I highly recommend Chick-fil-A to anybody who stops bye the mall.

Vegetarian options: Do not suggest to vegetarian I didn't see any chicken free options there I mean it is called Chick-fil-A for a reason.

Kid-friendliness: Depends on who's at the tables because there could be teens swearing or being crude but it is a food court so you can't really complain.“

“These burgers are insane, you really get a bang for your buck. I usually get the X Burger without the egg because I'm just a small lady.

A tip: I made the mistake of ordering the "American" hot dog, because I didn't want all 38 toppings that come with the Brazilian one.. Turns out their American hot dog is just a plain sausage and bun. But let me tell you, that was one tasty sausage and soft bun. Plus the fries that come with it have the most flavorful seasoning.

The girl behind the counter wasn't the friendliest, but we're not really there for the service.

We’ve been picking our pizza usually but yesterday i felt like having it delivered and didn’t want to go out. I called for delivery at 2:30 yesterday and the young female owner said we don’t have a driver until 4:30. I said ok thank you and hung up. I was going to call back and go get it but I didn’t have a chance. The young woman called me back and said one of the cooks offered to deliver my order. So I placed it and he came. “Five Guys is a go-to favorite. I often order online and then easily go pick up my hot food. Tonight a company called ActiveMenus interceded and tried to get me to order my food through them — and I hadn’t realized at first. Software was preposterously incompetent. Prices were much higher. When I tried to back out of the program to order from Five Guys directly, it wouldn’t let me. It submitted the order without my intention or approval. I received a shock text that my order had been submitted without any confirmation as to the items in my order. My credit card was charged. When I called customer service, I was hung up on.
I love Five Guys.
I hope that the organization ACTIVEMENUS goes immediately out of business.
Beware.
Like many middlemen trying to sneak into the order chain, they make the process MUCH WORSE and significantly raise the price.
Five Guys is delish and easy to order from directly.

“When you enter Five Guys you are immediately greeted with “Welcome”. The staff is extremely friendly and the burgers are always juicy. You choose your “base” burger and then there are 15 other toppings you can add at no additional cost (no limit to the number of toppings you can choose). We love the Cajun fries and their fries portions are larger than expected. They typically fill the size of the fries container and then drop additional in the bag. They use peanut oil to cook the fries and they give out free peanuts. Their milkshakes are wonderful as well and they have a Coca-Cola freestyle so you have a lot of drink options. The last time we went in someone grabbed our bag off the counter. They expedited remaking the meal and offered a free milkshake for the trouble. Great customer service!“
