“I enjoy the smoothie bowls here! They’re delicious and taste great. The homemade peanut butter is far too sugary - you can feel and taste the grains of sugar in it. Staff has always been polite in my experience. I wish they had a nutrition facts section on their website.“

“This place is awesome! Everyone is really friendly. Very patient and helpful with picking the right drink for you. And the drinks are amazing! My son loves the Oreo crumble. I like the lychee when I want sweet and just got the Oolong one that is recommended on here. I love it! We also got some spring rolls that are excellent. I’m so happy to have found this place!“

“Wonderful cool treats for a snack. While in Salem this summer, it was 90ish degrees every day. We usually picked up a fresh made popsicle from the freezer case each day. The "Arnold Palmer" was my favorite! Ingredients for each bowl and smoothie are clearly listed. Granola is vegan as well. “Highly recommend Professor’s catering! Decided to have them make the food for a post wedding brunch I co-hosted in April. Best decision ever! Guests raved about the food! Then in June, I needed a last minute gluten free entree, and the team put together a beautifully garnished pan of gluten free roasted chicken that was delicious. Love their grab and go prepared foods case, too! 10 out of 10!“
