It can be hard to phone in an order as the line is always ringing off the hook but we usually order inside and it’s ready in no time! The team is always friendly and never stops hustling despite how busy it always is.”

“The best tasting biscotti I had in a long time. Fresh, proper texture and taste as the real Italian biscotti would be ( I lived in southern Italy for years). I have purchased my fist package in Easthampton during their farmer market hours. Chocolate chip are the ones I’ve tried and I will try other flavors as well. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for biscotti that are not hard as a rock, but also not soft as regular cookies.”

“What a nice place to come and relax after work.The locals are very nice. I happened past this venue while on the way to a warehouse a short distance away; I walked up. When I discovered there was no food to be had, the patrons brainstormed and one fellow came up with a local Chin food joint that delivers.But here's the true blessing, that same gentleman , Rodney, bought me some food and refused to accept $$.. “We went for breakfast, the two women up front were so sweet. The lady turned on the witch for my baby to see, and even came out in the pouring rain to give her candy on our way out. They were closing early, but they were amazing to us even 30 minutes to closing when we came in. ( I didn’t realize they were closing early for the holiday.) The price and the service is far beyond 5 stars! Highly recommended stopping for a bite to eat. The food was just as amazing as the people working!”

“Absolutely delicious and excellent service. We stopped in on a trip, and the cashier at the register was very polite and quick to serve us. The woman making the sandwiches was very fast and friendly. As she was packing our sandwiches I thought to myself I wish I had asked to wrap the two halves separate to make it easier for my son and I to eat, but because I forgot to ask I didn't want to inconvenience her. Well she read my mind. Not only did she wrap the halves separately, she also wrote which half had mushrooms on it! Superior service and I highly recommend it on your next trip!!”

“I highly recommend Mario’s! Over the weekend we hosted a birthday party at a park near by the restaurant. We enjoyed delicious pizza & and antipasto from Mario’s. They were extremely friendly & helpful through the whole process from helping with ordering answering a million questions lol to the day of with delivery right to the party! All the hostess’s, the delivery man, & Niko were all exceptional. Not only that but the food was great and at a fair price for the amount we ordered!! Thank you so much for making this an easy great experience so I could focus on enjoying the party!”

But after a short period of time Tim stepped up and took care of us. He was fantastic and you could tell he really enjoyed his job. He made our first visit here very enjoyable.
