“I’m not one to make reviews but the experience I had left me feeling its best to. I went to get a snack while waiting for my car at Firestone. Right off the bat, I was greeted very warmly and friendly by the staff. The vibe of the store seemed incredibly uplifting, which is rare to find at other Dunkin’s. Keep up the great work and thank you so much!! I wish all stores were like this! :-)“

“I had a great experience at Dunkin’. The iced coffee prepared by Sai was excellent — just the right balance and taste. Sometimes my order can be tricky, but Sai got it right away in the frst try and really made my day. Appreciate his attention to detail and great service“

“I like this location.. but it gets busy, and with only 2 people working, the one making the drinks that day was so overwhelmed that my hubby a pre-diabetic ( he can have SOME sugar, but he has to "tone it down") orders unsweetened the way it's made but only 1 pump of a flavored syrup.I watched the kid make our drink... But since there were multiple people waiting.. I wasn't sure if it was ours or not, so I didn't say anything because I couldn't see the sticker. But when he put it down, we checked the name and it was ours, start to finish. And it had 3 pumps of the pink velvet.This won't kill him of course, but it should be made known that our health is in their hands. They should REALLY have like 3 people working on busy weekends. It was still right after the holidays and the mall was packed. We waited for a bit too and there was a line( as usual). Great for business, but pay attention to scheduling, and the upper management should stop hording all the revenue. You guys are overworking your staff in EVERY location I visit. Including one of my manager friends in Lynn. She's even burned herself and had to keep going during call outs and such.“

I stop in there pretty much every time I go to the stores there, and they're always super fast and efficient. I tried the maple donut the other day and I have to say it was pretty good. The bacon egg "taco" tasted like literally nothing“

“Traveling through the area and stopped for DD. The intercom was hard to hear but hey it is right at the highway rest area,,,the coffee...omg... on point!! Shaken iced espresso was the best I've had since DD 1st rolled it out. The food was great at well. Thank you to the crew working Sat. June 28 @11:58.
