I used to work in the area and would stop here every morning. I no longer work in the area but was craving it this morning and made the 30 minute drive. I’m SATISFIED!“

“I have been going to Bagels Best since I was a kid with my grandfather every morning after I slept over. They have had the best bagels by a long shot and I have traveled across the state to get their bagels, breakfast bagel, and smoked salmon which is spectacular! It's one of the best poppy seed bagels I've had in a long time, and the homemade chive cream cheese pairs so perfectly with the smoked salmon. It made my day eating this bagel after work. I love lox. It's one of the sweetest gifts a guest has ever given me. 💕 When I travel the coast looking at lighthouses this winter, this bagel shop will definitely be on my places to stop. Online ordering was time efficient for everyone and child friendly in a location that is generally very child unfriendly.“

When my immigrant parents said “ Study Hard” they meant so I can live in a neighborhood that serves sandwiches like those found at Michael’s Deli. “Classic bagel shop that makes delicious NY-style, boiled bagels and home made cream cheese.
It’s quite expensive. Plus, they charge $2 to slice bagels and will only do so if you call ahead to place your order. They don’t have any vegan/tofutti cream cheese for sale. Expect a line out the door if going in the morning.“

“I recommend this location for their bagels, but NEVER buy a gift card for someone who would use this location. They do not take them. Corporate says that because this is a licensed store, they can choose not to....buyer beware for here and ANY location that is licensed on a college campus, airport or mall. They apologized and have only a handful of locations in the USA that will take a gift card. 😢“

“Went for the first time specifically to try the north shore super beef. I grew up on the north shore and am very critical of them so I had to go. Given that I went in suspicious but I was happily to surprised that it does in fact pass for a north shore beef“

“What a nice little bagel shop. What really impressed me about this place is the service, large portions and the very fair pricing of goods. To be honest after having NY bagels, these don't seem as chewy in the middle, but for Boston they are good. Also, I've bought a chocolate croissant. The croissant didn't have that flakey buttery texture of a typical French style croissant. But, I will say they've made up for it as it was huge. The bagel and the cream cheese filling was very generous as well. If you want good value and good portions this is a place to go to.“

“The BYO lox bagel. Btw not an issue at all that the toppings were on the side. It was 10/10 the best I’ve ever had. Came with the right amount of everything so if you wanted more or less, it was up to you. Ofc onion, tomato and capers. Suggest with jalapeño cheddar and scallion CC. Cant wait to show my sister this place. I know she’d love it too.“
