Dough Company Reviews
The concept is a wonderful idea, but the implementation falls short. I suggest increasing staff levels.
I waited for almost an hour for my food, which was just two simple egg sandwiches on a bagel and a side of potatoes.
If you enjoy spending time with people who all look like they've been waiting for their food for far too long, this is the place for you.
This was my second visit, and just like the first time, the wait was due to being short-staffed. Only...read full review
This place used to be so good. Its so gorgeous inside. I went in a few days ago and the staff, although very nice, were acting very immature. There was lots of loud swearing. There was female staff member who was yelling on the phone to some guy and then went outside in her uniform and was yelling and I mean yelling right in front of the restaurant so loudly, we could hear her from inside. I tried Dough Co. for the first time today and absolutely loved it! I tried the chicken and pancakes and I am now officially obsessed! The chicken was delicious and the pancakes were thick/fluffy and absolutely amazing! I also saw other items that looked soo good such as the Mozambique potatoes. The vibe was so cozy and relaxing. I love the design of the place and I'm definitely looking forward to my next visit!

Dough Company offers a welcoming atmosphere with friendly servers who provide excellent recommendations. The interior features a cool industrial, earthy vibe, and a wood accent wall adds to the cozy feel. Customers enjoyed the cinnamon raisin bagel egg sandwich and tasty coffee, with some noting the eggs and cheese breakfast sandwich on toasted Multigrain bread as a highlight. The establishment offers a variety of vegan and vegetarian options, along with a fresh baked good display that includes gluten-free choices. Visitors appreciate the clean space and the loft for more privacy. The place is known for being diversity and LGBTQ friendly, making it a welcoming spot for many. However, some customers find the prices a bit high, especially considering the cost of baked goods and meals. Parking can be challenging, with limited spots and a busy street nearby, and the ramp door jam may pose difficulties for those with mobility needs. Overall, it’s a lovely place for a great breakfast or coffee, with excellent service from servers like Maria and Kaitlyn.
