The atmosphere is great, everyone working there was very friendly. “Roll, Burgundian, Roll!Cafe style menus with breakfast served until 3pm. Menu in it's entirety is not particularly expansive, yet menue quantity does not seem to be the focus here. The theme for Burgundian seems like it's menue grows from the owners travels around the world. The quality is unparalleled. Their burgers are a strong argument for anyone to say they might be the best they've ever had.And their leige waffles are their specialty. These waffles WILL be the best you've ever had. I got mine with banana churros topped with whipped cream and two scoops of vanilla ice cream. The owner himself seems like a pretty cool dude whose ambition and travels have brought this place to life in his exacting vision. I do not know him personally and he did not pay me to say this. The staff are a tight-knit crew who really seem to enjoy working here which seems rare. This cohesion lends itself to an atmosphere that kinda reminds me of a French chatteua version of Cheers.Burgundian; good in the morning, the afternoon or evening. It is a refreshing sight to see a business thriving in downtown Attleboro- a cozy place of gathering for catching up with friends over a coffee or a pint. When friends from my own travels come to visit, this will be the first place I will take them. Keep up the good work and once again - Roll, Burgundian, Roll!“

I believe the coffee was a pour over. There were multiple micro roasted beans to choose from, which I chose a light roast. We also had a bagel and a sandwich, both were very delicious. “My only question...why the HECK did I not find this place SOONER?! It's a total VIBE. In the best way possible!Last Wednesday evening at 8:15pm I found myself in need of a caffeinated drink. I don't normally drink caffeinated coffee, but it was under weird/emergency circumstances. Anyhoo!I checked my usual local places...Honey Dew had closed at 6pm, Starbucks had just locked up at 8pm. It looked like bad news for me and the all nighter I had in front of me with the huge work project on my plate....But then Ashur Café popped up. I had seen this place on Mineral Spring Ave for a year and a half and was very curious about it. So, I threw on my jacket and hopped in the car.Total transparency. I've never stepped foot into a Hookah place before. I didn't know what it was gonna be like and I was worried that it would be smokey and be difficult to breathe inside with my asthma. However, I was so pleasantly surprised! When I walked in I was greeted with lovely music on the speakers. My Sagittarius Soul felt instantly transported to another world! It was fabulous. There were several tables with twenty something year olds enjoying drinks, apps, and sweets. The Hookah thingies were very cool looking and didn't give off a scent like tobacco does. I was sitting down and breathing in clean air. That might not mean a lot to some people, but for people with asthma, it matters a whole lot. And unfortunately I just wasn't in the know about Hookah until that moment ?. But I'm glad to know now!I walked right up to the counter and was greeted by a gentleman. I told him it was my first time there and he graciously handed me a menu. I already knew that I wanted an iced mocha and a crepe. But I had to figure out which crepe was calling to me.I decided on the tantalizing Ashur Crepe. My large sized iced mocha and crepe to go was $20.24. Very reasonable. I sat down in one of the beautiful chairs and chilled out with the wonderful music and atmosphere with the other patrons. There was a larger party of 5-6 20-something year-olds who were having a lovely time in the corner and seemed to have ordered some really delicious savory dishes because the kitchen smelled AH-MAZING.And I also noted a young gentleman sitting at the window with several laptops, probably working on school work. This place is open until 11pm. I'm a regular night owl and since I've relocated to the east coast, it's been a difficult adjustment to not have hangouts later at night. As I sat and waited for my delicious crepe concoction to be created behind the counter, I started thinking of all the great work projects I can get done here while parking myself at one of these lovely tables. Yep, that's right! I've just found my new late night spot! ??????Talk about awesome sauce! When my crepe was ready to go, I headed out. When I got home, the game plan was to split the crepe with my family members. When I took it out of the bag, though....? what a piece of art! ? I had to snap a picture! These chefs are extremely talented and know what they're doing. Their creations are a feast for the eyes as much as they're a feast for your taste buds.I can't recommend this cafe enough. I am so freaking stoked to have finally stopped by this week. I plan on making it my regular place from now on ?. You can just tell when a place has good vibes, ya know? And this is definitely one of them.“

“i have been coming here a couple times a year since 2011 and i have never had anything even remotely resembling a negative experience. the vibes are great, the service is great, the food is head and shoulders above your average train station fare, and way better than anything the amtrak cafe car has to offer. i am typing this from a table on the northeast regional watching the new england coast go by, sipping my little iced coffee, wiping everything bagel crumbs from my keyboard, and feeling the specific kind of contentment i only get after grabbing breakfast at this establishment. 11/10 would recommend“

“Great breakfast after church. It's a big place and almost always full and always need to wait. But I assure you it's worth the wait. I had an apple crisp waffle which was a huge waffle with hot apple crisp piled high in the middle with whip cream nicely laid on top. I also had a side of bacon which was done perfectly as well as some raisin toast. My only complaint was there wasn't much butter on the toast and it was a little burnt but that was ok with me. Our waitress was beyond helpful and kind and made sure to check on us throughout. The check at the end was what you would expect for a breakfast and I will definitely be back!“

“Not only is this place in a beautifully restored historical factory but the people that work here have the kindest souls and treat you like a human being should be treated. It was my first time, I parked at the visitor parking (pictured) and when I walked in I was greeted so kindly by the hostess. I got food to go, I ordered an avocado toast and although they didn't have it on their menu and they didn't have to make it for me, they went out of their way to make it. I asked for it extra crispy on rye bread and boy, was it delicious. Between that and the coffee I ordered it came to $6, and I left a nice tip. Honestly, it's worth going here, there aren't a lot of places around where you will be treated so kindly and where you can get good food at a decent price. I highly recommend you stop in, and stay for a bit. The seating is beautiful. The staff is super friendly, and the food is well worth it. “The smell and sounds were all so genuine and rich in culture. Their bagels had their familiar crusty bite but just melted in your mouth once you start chompin'I ordered the Cinnamon Raisin bagel with a Cinnamon Raisin cream cheese spread. And as redundant as that sounds I think the spread fell too short of the markup price just by taste alone. Equally, the bagel was grilles which is a welcomed method of toasting, however, it had the grills residual flavors of garlic, salt, and some other questionable flavors left unrecognizable due to the other sweet flavors. I finished the bagel and spread with a med hot chocolate of SwissMiss and whole milk. It wasn't too hot, so I was pleased I could drink it right away.Overall 5 stars but the rookie mistake of a not so clean grill set the flavor profile a star below.“
