“This is one of the best places to visit when I'm in town. I grew up going here, and won't get ice cream from anywhere else. The food is good and you can tell that the employees are very happy working here, and go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. I 100% recommend visiting here; you won't be disappointed!“

“Took my toddler here Monday and my only regret with coming here is that we’ve lived in North Smithfield for several years and this was our first time coming! My son (almost 3) loved seeing the cows and trucks that were set up there. We went inside to get a snack and he started having a mini meltdown because he wanted to go back outside. An employee (wish I got her name) came from behind the register and gave him a couple stickers and told me I was doing a great job, which really means a lot when you feel like you’re doing something wrong as a mom. I appreciate that woman more than she realized! 💕 I ordered a cream puff and 2 chocolate chip cookies. When the employee from behind the counter handed me my box she let me know she gave us an extra cookie! The employees really were amazing. My son loved his cookie, and I’ve been dreaming of that cream puff ever since 🤤 we can’t wait to come back and try the ice cream! Great snacks and even greater employees! Thank you for a great day!“

“Love love love this ice cream shop. The ice cream itself is really rich and delicious and the atmosphere is so welcoming and chic. The decor is just fabulous, ample seating with shades so that you can soak up the sun without getting a sunburn. Truly an atmosphere suitable for anyone! I visit 3-4 times a week, I just can’t get enough. I love to relax after work or on the weekends. To top it off the owners are truly amazing people and really offer their customers a quality experience. Customer service is 5 star!“
“Alien Ice was so perfect for an ice cream social event we had at my place of work. It gave our employees an opportunity for a sweet summer treat and a chance to mix and mingle off of the work floor. Sean was super personable and had an extensive list to choose from with such a nostalgic 90's vibe! “First time coming here with my twin boys they found the ice cream to be rich tasting and filling. Plus the game had them entertained well waiting which we did not wait longer then 2mins for it. Would recommend to anyone in the area or after events at Gillette Stadium“

“The mint ice cream is made with real crushed mint leaves, leaving it with a fresh earthy taste. It may not be to everyone's liking, but if you enjoy real mint and not the artificial stuff, then you have to have some. I love it!
