Ordered the Pad Thai, chicken pineapple fried rice, and some crispy spring rolls. Everything tasted fresh and well seasoned. The fried rice had good proportions of ingredients and nothing felt out of place or lazy. The Pad Thai wasn’t mushy and clumped like some other places serve up and the spring rolls were crispy and tasty.

“I recently visited this restaurant and ordered the barbecue pork sandwich along with the chicken red curry served with fried rice, and I have to say, both dishes were absolutely delicious. “Pho 1 has changed a lot and I’ve been going there for years. Last night I ordered the beef soup for take out and when I got home and opened it the meat was like shredded and not the same consistency that had been in the past. These are hard times for all of us and giving customers scraps is no acceptable. I will go again later in the year and see if they have improved.“
