We’re both lactose intolerant and were glad they had all the alternative milk options. The cappuccino are true cappuccino (not lattes being mislabeled as cappuccinos).My neighbor and I enjoy meeting here to practice each other’s first language (she’s learning English; I’m learning Portuguese). There’s Wifi for when we need Google Translate and it’s quiet enough to hear each other (but loud enough that we aren’t uncomfortable chatting the entire time). Casual and friendly environment.For parents/guardians of littles, there’s 1 couch with children’s toys/coloring in a nearby cubby.For social media influencers, there’s a decorative wall for you to take your selfies in front of. And the drinks have a cute logo/sticker.Random: I also love the stickers they have for sale at the counter.I hope this place sticks around!“

“Suzette offers excellent, fresh, and authentic French crepes and macarons at very affordable prices. The staff is friendly and offers amazing service. I have been many times, and have recently ordered macarons for an event. Over the many instances my friends, family and I have eaten there, I have had nothing short of a flawless experience. “My son and I stopped by after a soccer game we drove in for and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered beef drunken noodles and my son a beef pad Thai the pad thai was traditional and good. The drunken noodles were exceptional. Very reasonably priced with good customer service and the place was cozy and clean.“

“Gerardo’s Bakery never disappoints! Our family has used their bakery for decades when they had their smaller location in Westboro. We continue to frequent their West Boylston location and are never disappointed. From custom cakes orders for birthdays and graduations to just popping over for a cannoli fix (and more) they are the best! Excellent variety, taste and top notch service.“

“I'm right handed. If asked to, I'd gladly saw off my right arm in order to have the privilege of eating another egg white delight with ham + swiss. Get it on a pretzel bun and DONT SKIMP, add the aioli. Unffff, just thinking about it makes me sweaty. 10/10, would head here in a zombie apocalypse. “We came in earlier this morning during the first snow storm of the winter season. We were the only customers and the employee was eager to help us. I can't recall his name but he was a British/European/Foreign guy, so management you'll probably be able to know who I'm talking about!He was very patient when answering my many questions about the different coffee options as I have never tried coffee before. He was very kind and polite overall and I would give him 10 stars for service! I recently went somewhere else to try coffee for the first time and they acted like I was stupid for not knowing what a mocha was. I suggest the management let him know he's doing a good job!The atmosphere was also very nice. I love that the old interior was kept, showing off the history and heritage of Worcester.The food was very good, the prices not so much. However, as someone who has left establishments because I don't like the prices, I will say paying a little more is worth the experience. I will definitely be back again sometime!“

“Ice cream, coffee and a bakery in the same venue, plus it's open year round. I love it and will probably try the bakery side (serving sizes for ice cream and coffee are generous, by the way), next time. It's a great place to come and go sit in Grafton Common or take a walk afterwards.“

“This place it's cute, casual, like you are walking into Grandma's house through the back door (the kitchen) Service it's great, very friendly staff, they serve your first cup of tea, loved that. The food was to die for, everything was amazing. We got to try some new things and the scones were the best I ever had, so much so that I didn't even miss the clotted cream (they make their own, it's different but still good)Lovely atmosphere with a bunch of friendly people.The only thing is that it took an hour and a half for us to get our food. We had somewhere else to be so we kind of rushed through tea.Overall, great place with awesome staff and delicious food.“

“I was happy to stumble upon this cute cafe, with everything you need to kick start your weekend!I've never had the red barn coffee but I'm a Columbian coffee fan and their regular brewed coffee was delicious.Even more delicious was the Mocha fudge gingerbread muffin top. I could ask for that with my last meal on Earth. So light and fluffy with fudge in the middle.The atmosphere was extremely welcoming, the woman who took our order was a little less pleasant as we were taking our time looking around and figuring out what to order and she seemed to want to speed us up.The decorations are all coffee mugs that are also all unique and it was fun trying to look at all of them. They had a cute outside table that looked so cozy if there was just a little heater in this weather (December). I wish I lived closer so they could where I get all my coffee.“

“I highly recommend In House Coffee. This place offers a wide variety of different coffees and drinks. Their pastries are also fresh and delicious! The owners are very kind and friendly and they make me feel right at home. I just started coming to this coffee shop about a month and a half ago and have found it to be a great place to just unwind and relax. I'm a writer who enjoys writing poems and the atmosphere here provides a means for me to focus and concentrate on my writings. I actually was able to write an entire poem here while enjoying a coffee mocha. It's a warm and inviting place to go.“

“The best breakfast sandwiches in the area. They have a wide variety of coffee as well but I personally stick with the iced mocha & it never disappoints. It's usually best to order ahead online and give plenty of time as it can take a bit for your order to be ready. If you do decide to eat in the cafe has plenty of seating & it is comfortable!“

“Love the aesthetics of this cafe. Reminds me of LA. Easy parking and lots of seating inside. DOG FRIENDLY I haven’t tried a smoothie or a bowl yet, but the bagel was fresh and I have gotten their lattes and macchiatos several times. The cookie butter flavor is the best! I also love their honey lavender flavor.I really wish them all of the successful and excited to see what’s to come here!“

“I have been going for years. The quality of their drinks is paramount. You can tell the baristas are well trained, and really care about their craft. The main room is airy and it’s cool to see inside their roasting facility.I really love their mocha and chai drinks. Their food is solid too.“

I live in the Bay Area now, and when I visit family in Massachusetts, this is like a fun little oasis of vegan treats, delicious smoothies, excellent coffees, and friendly vibes. “Me and my daughter stopped at the donut star today on the way to the orthodontist. The food was delicious, everything was crisp and delicious from the pancake to the homefries. Sausage links were great and so was the eggs. Everything had very good flavor and me and my daughter walked in hungry and left full and happy. I did take this photo but it was after I already started attacking it lol. Great service and very delicious food. “We have loved all of their pastry items for years and it's our go-to destination for special occasion cakes! Always moist and flavorful. If you're a Chocoholic their cakes and cupcakes are heaven but we discovered their lemon cake/cupcakes too and they're scrumptious!!“

“I was competing in a bodybuilding competition and forgot my food when I left for the day. Out of desperation, I went in and asked if they could make me plain eggwhites with onions, peppers, and no oil. And they made it so on point, much to my complete exuberation. I was thrilled! They are so sweet and always deliver with a smile. When not in prep, an egg sandwich on an English muffin is my favorite! And I'm pretty picky with my coffee, and theirs is always perfect.“

“I enjoy their lattes; they offer a wide variety, and the baristas are always friendly and accommodating. However, I'm not particularly fond of their coffee beans. While they come in many flavors, I find their non-flavored beans to be rather average. My advice would be to skip purchasing coffee beans here if you are not a fan of flavored beans , but definitely give their lattes a try.“

“I roll out of bed every morning and into the Brew on the Grid. I've been coming here longer than some of the baristas have been working here. They have great food, immaculate vibes, and most importantly, amazing coffee. They play great music and the baristas are very friendly. Great place to get some work done or read. It's also dog friendly!“

“I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel, Coconut donut filled with a vanilla creme & cinnamon roll, through the drive thru service. The gentleman who took my order was very kind. The food came out in about 5 minutes and I was instantly hit with an amazing smell from the bagel. The bagel sandwich was very big and hot. It tasted delicious and I would easily go back to get another one. The coconut donut was big and very yummy as well, tiny bit dry. The cinnamon roll was very big, but had a chocolate frosting which I was not expecting. Was not a fan of the cinnamon roll. The exterior drive thru area is very outdated and has no menu. They also only accept cash!“

“Honeydew across-the-board is pretty consistent no matter what location you go to but I specifically come to this one because of the gentleman that works there he's so sweet and so kind and always has a smile on his face and remembers the people that come consistently. They are about to other honeydews that are much easier for me to get to you on my commute to and from work but I go out of my way every time just to go to Grafton Street because of him.“

“It's a little dessert haven. I walked in on a Friday afternoon just after 4PM. The clean white walls and the smell of fresh coffee still lingered. At the entrance and around the corner from the counter, there's a hidden seating area with tables lined up. Behind the glass, they have different croissants, crumbs and cupcakes. I got the cannoli cupcake and a raspberry crumb to go. The server at the register was so helpful and patient as I made my selection. The ingredients in both desserts were fresh, especially the cream on the cupcake and the raspberry in the crumb. They weren't too sweet either! The only downside was that although they were considerably sized, most options were made from plain vanilla and chocolate as the base with the regular dessert toppings so there wasn't much of a difference in the flavor options. Also the cupcake was slightly overpriced at around $6, considering it was more cream than cake. Nonetheless, I'll definitely visit again and hopefully try the award winning coffee!“

“My husband and I went to the Burlington location today for the first time. The man who helped us was so nice and friendly and made our day. We thought he was the manager but come to find out it was his first day on the job. He was so sweet and nice and made our whole experience!“

“The two women who were working there this morning were very nice. I went in just to get a shot of espresso to add to a Caramel macchiato I had ordered at a different Starbucks (which tasted like caramel milk). They insisted on fixing for me at no charge. They would not accept a tip either - and simply asked me to “pay it forward“. Thank you for the great service!“

“Hands down best Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. They have a full crew inside working hard , drive thru is fast unlike the other Dunkin donuts in the area. Always got to go with the chicken pepper wrap , chocolate frosted donut and a Carmel cappuccino.“
