Went there on a whim, ordered 2 egg sandwiches, 2 donuts and bagel and cream cheese. After 15 minutes of waiting they asked what my sandwiches were. I told them and waited longer, after a few minutes there was a bag on the counter and the woman I talked to was no where to be found. Never said my name or anything.
Got home and found out they forgot my bagel and cream cheese. Went back, and they said they were out of that bagel and claimed they never charged me for it, even...read full review
My favorites are the Boston Creme Donuts and the Elephant Ears. I also love that they have a wide variety of flavored coffees. I recently tried the "egg bites", they have two different flavors and they are both delicious. I am so glad the drive-thru and take-out is still available. I LOVE THAT I CAN PHONE MY ORDER IN AND IT IS READY FOR PICKUP!

Heav'nly Donuts is a welcoming eatery offering a huge variety of donuts, bagels, muffins, and pastries. Their donuts are big and delicious, and sandwiches are substantial and filling. The staff is incredible, always nice, kind, and with a big smile. The owner is always nice and greets you. The atmosphere is cozy, making it a great spot in North Reading. The coffee is much better than before and totally awesome. The chicken salad sandwich is huge, tasty, and filling with very reasonable prices. The sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich was amazing. With a place always clean and a welcoming vibe, Heav'nly Donuts is a great choice for a casual bite or treat.
