“It was our first time at Mario’s on Saturday and you all did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in, the place was warm and festive. Christmas music was playing. Our appetizers were so good. The wedding soup was perfect! My husband had the meatballs with pasta and he loved it. The cannoli’s were delicious. Our server, David, was personable and fun. He knew the menu very well. We definitely will be back!“

“This place is the best all around sandwich/pizza shop anywhere. Great salads, sandwiches, dinners. I haven’t had a bad meal yet. The shop is clean and tidy, the employees are friendly and thorough. They repeat your order at least twice and get it right 100% of the time. Pizza is delicious, fried shrimp dinner is plentiful and yummy. We had their Buffalo wings at a party and they’re as good as any I’ve had at a restaurant. I recently got a ham club, I think there was a half pound of ham in it, crazy good, had to split it between 2 meals. Oh…the best skinny fries, they rival McDonalds (better eat them in the car on the way home) They have half a dozen tables if you want to eat there. My whole family gets food here all the time! They cater our family parties too.“

“Went tonight with my wife. Started with meatball app and Korean BBQ pizza. Meatballs we're great, they had wipped ricotta. Also had chicken wings which were massive and tasty. They could have been cooked a bit more. Also tried the Brooksy and margarita pizzas. Both extraordinary. The dough is a bit chewy and crunchy at the same time. It makes a great pizza. Service from the beginning was great. Friendly staff as soon as you walk in. Well be back for the pepperoni and white sausage. RECOMMEND.“

“There is a lot of hype around Garlic Breath lately and im here to tell you its well deserved!! Easily the best pizza I've had in a longgg time if not the best ive ever had in MA. Went w the garlic crust and was beyond impressed. Slight crunch on the crust while still being fluffy and the flavor is exactly what you want in a NY style pizza. I will be dreaming about this until the next time!“

“I stopped in on a Thursday at lunch time to find a packed and clean dining room and busy kitchen staff at work.

I placed my order with Malik, one of the owners, at the front counter. He was pleasant to talk to and pointed out current specials.

I ordered the Super Roast Beef sandwich. This was amazing and filling! Roast beef was tender and sliced super thin. The sauce had a lip-smacking sweetness and slightly peppery taste to it.

I would definitely get it again or try their other roast beef sandwiches.“

“We placed a big order for my son’s first birthday party this past weekend and we were so happy with both the food and great service. We called the night before because we weren’t sure if we had ordered enough and the owner answered the phone and was happy and quick to assist us. We already loved the food, but it’s nice knowing that the owner and the staff care so much about what they do and their customers. We will happily continue to order food from here!“

“I work in Andover and drive by Depot HOP all the time but never stopped in. I figured they'd be like everyone else and serve a pizza that was too thin, devoid of ingredients, thin hard crust, greasy, and tastes like the pan it was cooked on. Recently there was a function at work and pizzas were purchased from Depot HOP and I gave it a try. To my surprise it was everything I liked in a pizza, not too thin, enough ingredients, not greasy, soft crust, and delicious! I couldn't wait to try it again. The next day I did. I ordered a large Hawaiian pizza with extra cheese now for all you haters out there, if you haven't tried it you are seriously cheating yourself out of something great. I don't know how they did it but it was the best tasting Hawaiian pizza I ever had! It somehow had some extra zest to it, it was just phenomenal. My hat's off to DHOP, keep up the good work, I'll be seeing you soon.“

“For those that read about the problems with family dough pizza and choose not to go back, give them another chance. We’ve been picking our pizza usually but yesterday i felt like having it delivered and didn’t want to go out. I called for delivery at 2:30 yesterday and the young female owner said we don’t have a driver until 4:30. I said ok thank you and hung up. I was going to call back and go get it but I didn’t have a chance. The young woman called me back and said one of the cooks offered to deliver my order. So I placed it and he came. “Topsfield house of pizza has always been a super friendly establishment with decent food. A couple years ago I came here with my class as the Essex tech was doing work for the town of topsfield. When we came in and sat down we were gifted a free pizza from the staff. Now years later I return by myself and still get the same phenomenal hospitality I did years ago. “On Monday's most pizza places are closed. We chose to venture over to Saugus. WOW, sooo happy we did. Angelo's was a wonderful surprise. I got their Margarita Pizza and my boyfriend had their Hawaiian w/ham. Both did not disappoint. “I've lived on the Melrose/Stoneham line for many years ago have never eaten here before. I got a small steak and cheese with extra cheese. Delicious!! It's pretty big for a small. They brought it right to my table. This place has been here for 44 years, wow! Their prices are excellent too! I will definitely be coming back again. While it slowed down a bit, I got to talk to an employee for 10 to 15 minutes. He was really nice. They know their regulars and are very personable. Come and try this place.
