This needs to be addressed to of what I got to say here. First thing when we came, as we seen the Sub worker walk out of an area to get to behind the sub bar, she was telling us about how she didn't have WIFI, and she couldn't use paper coupons, rewards, gift cards or even scan anything from the app. We proceeded to continue, after that she didn't seem happy, as if to me she thought we would walk out after hearing that. They said they updated their store hours on a piece of paper on the front door. Lights were completely off and I had placed an order for pick up. They close at 8-8:30pm I went to pick up my food at 6:30…why is the door locked?

I've been to this subway many times and today was ridiculously slow. Help was not pleasant but they also were one employee who knew what she was doing and one new. 15 minutes just to take the sandwich order. Where is the owner manager on these days.
