“Stopped in during the lunch rush last Thursday. Young man attending me was on point. Polite, could clearly hear and understand him, greeted me with a smile. I think his name was Taylor. Not sure, as I wasn't focusing too hard on the tag, but his demeanor was great. Food was also on point. Quarter pounder looked and tasted great, fries were crisp and hot. Compliments all around. Keep up the good work.“

They were so friendly as soon as we walked in, chatted with us while we waited for our food, and sent us on our way with some cookies! “My husband and I get our daughter an icecream cake every year here for her birthday... Every year they have done an amazing job!!!! But this year.... They absolutely outdid themselves!!!! My daughter asked for a Jojo Siwa cake and boy did they deliver!!!! They didn't have a picture for Jojo Siwa and asked if I could email them the picture I wanted. Which was super easy!!! The woman I spoke to was so sweet!!! (I think she said Tina was her name?) I emailed the picture right over and they had it done in no time.... When I saw it I was absolutely in love!!! But When my daughter saw the cake she started happy crying saying how beautiful it came out and how it was better than what she had ever dreamed of.... She said it was the best cake she has ever had!!! Thank you guys so much for making her birthday extra special!!! ❤“

“We order from this location regularly for our own home/family and it’s always great. So when my husband needed a catering order, we thought of Qdoba. There’s another similar restaurant chain in the area and they need 24 hours notice. The team at Qdoba totally saved us and bailed us out here, taking the order with less than 24 hour notice. It was perfect and saved the day. Thank you!!!!“

“I've been coming to this location for years and years. They're always good at this Wendy's, and none of the fast food weirdness you get at other fast food joints or other locations in less savory areas. I even went inside to eat recently and it was very clean.“

“Came to this McDonald's today because it's across the street from the bank. I was surprised when my food came out in a timely manner and they didn't forget my sauce, something the McDonald's in North Smithfield seems to do at random. Always glad to see other McDonald's thrive while North Smithfield withers.“

“I must say I enjoyed coming in tonight. I was in a miserable mood, but listening to the 3 gentlemen behind the counter singing “All of Me” by John Legend as loud as they could put a smile on my face and made me laugh, along with a few others in the establishment. You 3 sounded great 👍🏼 😂“

“I love Jersey Mike’s and eat there often, which is why I wanted to share some feedback. The past few times I’ve ordered, the accuracy has been inconsistent.

I placed an order ahead because I was on a tight schedule at work, but when I arrived, it hadn’t even been started. Thankfully, CJ was there. I’ve known him since the Gold Star Boulevard location, and he has always gone above and beyond. He didn’t know I had been waiting, but when another employee asked him to finish my sandwich, he made it quickly and with great attention to detail.

Unfortunately, another employee made my second sandwich and left off a few ingredients. I didn’t realize it until I got back to work, so I couldn’t return.

I really want to recognize CJ. He’s always friendly, professional, and makes sure orders are right. If something is off, he fixes it without hesitation. It honestly seems like every location he helps at runs more smoothly. Employees like CJ are a big reason I continue choosing Jersey Mike’s.“

Vegetarian options: You can order a sub with no meat on it. This location also offers the veggie patty (Vegan).

Kid-friendliness: Workers are friendly with kids, I have seen kids ask for stickers, as well as employees being patient while a younger child orders their own food. After multiple encounters with teenagers loitering in the store and stealing drinks under the guise of getting water, this location may be more reluctant to offer future teenagers cups for water.

Parking: There are 5 spots in front of the building, as well as a lot connected that the neighbors use to park there is space for roughly another 5 cars there, and worst case there is a cvs lot 100 ft away.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to get up to the building on the side entrance.

Dietary restrictions: Workers are knowledgeable about ingredients of their product, however are not extremely conscientious about cross contamination. As someone with severe food allergies, simply ask them to get you a clean knife and change their gloves, and if possible pull fresh containers of meat from the fridges behind the line.“

“The customer service here is terrible; they are rude, treat you poorly, and you can hear them swearing at each other. They refuse to speak Spanish even when someone needs it, yet they speak Spanish among themselves and badmouth the customer. It’s a shame for Burger King because I love these burgers.“

You can tell she really cares about her customers — she took her time to make sure my order was perfect and the sandwich looked amazing. “I went to walmart subway on Friday around 7:30, and honestly, this visit really stayed with me. There was a young employee there looked about 18years old, and you could clearly see how hard he was working. Even though it seemed like a busy time, he kept going nonstop, helping customers with patience and respect.

What really stood out was his attitude. He wasn’t just doing his job, he was putting real effort into it. He made my sandwich so carefully, making sure everything was fresh and exactly how I wanted. It ended up being one of the best sandwiches I’ve had.

We don’t always see that kind of dedication, especially at the end of a long week like Friday. It felt like he truly cared, and that made the experience more than just getting food it felt appreciated.

The store was clean, the service was smooth, and the energy was positive. Big respect to that hardworking employee. People like him make a difference.
