“We really like these cookies. Some flavors more than others. Only problem we have had is that I placed an order online in the morning and scheduled pickup for that evening. When I arrived at the store, 45 minutes away, they were sold out and the store was closed. I had already paid for my order in advance about 10 hours earlier that day. I had to call the manager the next day for a refund. I understand that they had unexpected sales. But if you paid in advance, the order should have been put aside. Despite the situation, the employee and manager were nice and I received my refund.“

“On holiday visiting my family for my 1st Thanksgiving - Crumble has been everywhere on all the social channels and I just had to try it!!

Lots of delicious choices to choose from and a really quick and simple order & payment method.

I went for the minis option as the regular sized cookie is quite and large and the temptation to gobble them all up would be overwhelming!! 😂

Bánh Dùa (Pandan flavor)
- Amazing chewy texture filled with pandan custard and coconut shreds
- Comes in pandan, ube, or durian flavor, and I will come back to try the rest!

“I went back with a friend, reluctantly after bad experience with Emily the manager, and was greeted with the warmest, friendliest smile by an Divine an employee there! She showed me how to order, recommended some delicious cookies, and helped me sign up for the Crumble Cookie rewards! She even engaged with my child and my niece with special needs! They loved her so much they asked can they move there...lol! Thank you for an amazing experience Divine!“

She truly and genuinely cares about her client’s experiences with her classes as well as their satisfaction with her products. “I love the people that work here they are so nice I love there drink I got a strawberry banana smoothie with boba it was amazing I have never had this good of a drink before my mom had got the Vietnamese ice coffee with mocha it was amazing I’m definitely coming back“
