“Live music on some nights from 8-10. Nice staff. After 10, it is usually a DJ and gets _really_ young.“
“We had our wedding reception at the loft, we had about 160 guests. A week before we reached out to JB we were almost deciding just to elope because it was getting to complicated, I am so glad we reached out to him; and I heavily suggest to anyone planning a wedding on Martha’s Vineyard talk to JB. The loft is so centrally located, they have a elevator (for guests who have issues with stairs), the loft itself is huge, the food was delicious & hot, their bar is large, the front room really was wonderful as our family lounge area (it was a bit quieter & less of a party scene). “A real hidden gem!
After 4 hours of cycling around the area, my wife and I were looking for refreshments. In the UK we'd have passed numerous pubs in that time, but less so here in New England. Quite by chance we happened across Grumpy's and couldn't have asked for a better watering hole.
The venue itself is brimming with character and history, and there's definitely something for everyone! Pool, darts, pinball, arcade games and a wonderful host in Kevin.
The drinks seemed really reasonably priced, and I would have happily stayed all day if I could have!
There are t many places to choose from around here that have the vibe and soul of Grumpy's, and so if that's what your looking for, this is the place to be!
If we are ever in the area again, we'll definitely be stopping by!“
