It seems like more of a take out establishment when we went to the Millbury location. But my coworker had the chicken tenders and she said her meal was equally delicious. On multiple occasions, when opting for an alternative side instead of a salad, the selected side has been omitted from the order. Following the most recent occurrence, we contacted the establishment and were informed that a manager would be notified and a return call would be initiated. Regrettably, no follow-up communication was received. It is concerning when customer service issues are not adequately addressed, potentially due to the perception that individual concerns are inconsequential amidst high volume. While we continue to enjoy the food, we hope for an improvement in accountability and customer satisfaction. While human error is understandable, repeated errors warrant a review of operational procedures.“
