About Tolson's Tap and Tavern
Tolson's Tap and Tavern Reviews
Very good. I chose the smoked pork belly burger with upgrade to side salad. The burger was delish with just enough heat to give it a kick. Salad was fresh and ample portion. My dining companion chose the short rib toastie with side of fries. He deemed it very good. Nice beverage selection. Beverages properly chilled. Very good service. I will be back. Highly recommend.
Tolson’s is one of our favorite spots. The food and drinks are always great, and the atmosphere is a perfect mix of lively and laid-back. Best part about this place ... is the staff — they’re genuinely friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond in ways you don’t see anymore.
You can tell they care not just about the customers, but about the community too. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place with great service and an even better vibe.
Only had drinks and the waitress messaged up the order. Very loud.
Tolson's Tap and Tavern in Pembroke, MA, is a popular spot offering a variety of weekly activities, including trivia and karaoke. The restaurant has a friendly and helpful staff, a charming ambiance, and delicious food, including their well-loved shepherd's pie. Many customers praise the excellent pizza, especially the full-size, thin crust pizza, which has become a favorite for those seeking a good meal on the South Shore. The bar-area pizzas are good too, with some mentioning they are the best in the area. The experience can be a little uneven, with some dishes like the poke tuna bowl and Nashville chicken sandwich lacking in flavor or dryness. However, the wings are excellent, and the outdoor patio is enjoyable. Service is generally prompt and efficient, although some customers note that takeout can be inconsistent. Despite occasional inattentiveness during busy times, Tolson's remains a great place for locals and visitors alike, with a lively and laid-back atmosphere, and a staff that goes above and beyond to create a welcoming experience.
