“I used to visit DD daily even after working at several locations but I've gotten a uncooked muffin just straight dough and also my last coffee was like a dirty water... I always have gotten great products from our local DD but the last few months have been a real eye opener for me, the app didn't even respond either after I told them about raw uncooked muffin !!!!!!!!!

“Easily the best Dunkin location in Pittsfield. Coffee is always fresh never burnt. Employees are super friendly and very accommodating. Travel out of the way specifically for this Dunkin every morning. Thank you to this Dunkin team for being amazing and providing great customer service!!“

“Close to my home, but sad to say, I can usually drive out of town to another of their locations and get served much quicker than their drive thru line moves. This mornings wait was ridiculous and there was only 3 cars ahead of me, it shouldn't take 15 minutes to get to window. Several cars behind me pulled out of line and left.“

“Only two people behind the counter on a Monday morning. Young lady at the register was very busy but very friendly, and great multitasker. The manager running the drive through was working hard, but a little abrasive with customers sometimes.“
