“Yikes - lots of bad reviews. I love this Dunkin. There are about five Dunkins within ten minutes of our house - this is the one we always choose. The staff are wonderful. You can't beat the views, Carl the eagle lives across the river. There's rarely more than a five-minute wait at the window or inside. *On some of the other reviews: yes, if you come in the afternoon, sometimes they will be out of stuff, it's a donut shop after all. The toaster here does seem a bit hot, we've stopped ordering the croissants toasted since they tended to be a bit burnt, fixed the problem. I order a multigrain bagel and it's always been fine through the toaster. When they've been out of something I order through the app, they always have an acceptable replacement option ready and ask to make sure it's OK.“
