“The Dunkin' Donuts on Northampton St. in Holyoke did a great preparing our drive thru order earlier today. The staff working at the drive thru were very friendly and helpful. I was really happy that there really was not a wait for our order either.“

“I know ordering at any Dunkin’ can be challenging as we all want our perfect order, quickly. I pass by 3 other DD’s to come to this one. I order the same thing basically every time, the 6 dollar meal, the bagel is always toasted nicely, hash browns are crispy, and the iced coffee is perfect every time. They don’t sound annoyed when you order food like some other locations.“
“I feel sorry for these guys. There were two guys one was new. They were taking care of the drive up, the counter and making the products. They were running for sure. that dunkin is busy and to have only 2 people working is crazy. Lines were backed up from the window and a line was starting inside the store. Please give them some help. thank you for being so polite and accommodating. The new guy made sure what I got was the right thing and double checked before he gave it to me. The other guy maybe a manager had to show the new guy how to make a latte. My hat is off to you guys. YOU DID A GREAT JOB even though you were under pressure.“
