Subway in Pittsfield

“I had an order placed through this Subway that I needed assistance with. Cole, an employee here, went above and beyond with helping me out. It's Subway so the food doesn't vary too much between locations but I highly recommend this location for its customer service alone.“

“I tend to go here pretty frequently and it's par for the course as far as Subway goes. Like any other fast food restaurant, you're not going to Subway for noteworthy dining experience. You go for consistent food and quick turnaround, both of which this location delivers on. The staff are cordial, but they're not to butter you up.“

“Just wanna say I’ve been ordering from here for a year now. They are wonderful always polite and the lady that answers the phone is super sweet as well, also never issues with food. I also appreciate that even though door dashes dasher messed up and the dasher forgot to grab our drinks the store fixed it and door dash refused to take accountability and made the store do a refund. The store still did which is a shame since the dasher messed up! Thank you to the nice subway lady that apologized on door dashes behalf and fixed everything.“
