Subway in Albany

“Last nite i was there Great experience at Subway! The customer service was excellent and the employees were very friendly, respectful, and fast. They made my sandwich fresh and exactly how I wanted it. The store was clean and the staff had a positive attitude. I will definitely come back again.“

“I will stop in occasionally at this store and some other subways. As well as a couple other sub sandwich stores. I get a veggie and cheese. It is ok. Comparing the same sub at the 2 other sub places i go to. I have to say, subway comes in third. This is my opinion and I do not get any other kind. That is why I gave it 4 stars. If the others looked like what you see in advertising, I am sure they are very good . Subway is ok for a quick stop sandwich when needed.“

“Begging and pleading whoever owns this location to raise the girls' salaries or hire some help. Hardest workers I've ever seen and after a dozen orders I haven't encountered a single mistake.

The lunch rush they get is crazy. I had a pick up order scheduled for 12:20 and walked in a bit early to a line of 14 people and a single sandwich maestro behind the counter. She was blazing through orders and answering questions and still called mine complete five minutes early.“

“I like the new subs that they are doing now.....My big question is that I get Subway coupons all the time but almost all the Subway's in my area do not except coupons......Why is that???? Just to be fair, I'm not going to except any excuse you give.....If I have a Subway coupon, ALL SUBWAY'S SHOULD HONOR THEM!!!!!!“

“This place is one of the cleanest, open subways I have been too. I was worried walking in at opening would annoy the counter staff but he was so friendly. Everything was fresh, there was adequate protien put on my sandwich and it tasted awesome.“

“What can I say, this is probably one of the best Subways I have gone to in Albany. Well managed. Staff is excellent and they make sure to make the sub I want the way I want it. Esp, Tuna with everything hits the spot. Very friendly and the subs taste fresh with all the veggies and toppings the same. Always pick one up for lunch and they have it ready on time, which is a big plus. Will keep coming.“
