This was a rare experience at this Dunkin. I waited almost 10 minutes to order and there were only three people in the place. When I got my coffee, it was made wrong, and I paid over $4 for it. Unfortunately, the woman behind the counter, God bless her, was overwhelmed. She appeared to be around 70. I'm glad I didn't order food!
Very poor service, they kept getting the order wrong each time. It took us over 5 minutes to order in the Drive-through and they were originally going to give us the wrong food when we pulled up to the window. They charged us for those drinks (that weren't ours) and they proceeded to tell us that we needed to pay for the other order (our actual order.) We don't know if we ended up paying twice, the receipt doesn't make any sense. We don't really blame the workers, they look like...read full review

I don’t usually rate a place unless it’s over the top good or bad. However, with so many reviews dunking on this Dunkin I thought I’d say it’s a fine Dunkin.It’s well staffed, took all of 20 seconds to get my hot black, and maybe 2 mins to get my sandwich. The food and coffee were up to Dunkin standards. The place was clean. No complaints.
