Based on customer reviews, Pizza Factory | Long Pond is a hidden gem located inside a big plaza. The restaurant offers an excellent selection of food, including a chicken salad Caesar wrap with a great portion size, the best burger and fries ever, a Brazilian plate with tender and juicy steak, and delicious subs. There is also a buffet available. The customer service from the owner, Claudio, is a highlight, as he clearly cares about his business. The waitstaff are super kind and patient.
