We came here for a birthday dinner. This is the birthday boys favorite hibachi place and also my first experience going to any hibachi restaurant. It was amazing. The waitress was awesome and the chef was amazing to watch. I was very pleased that they were able to accommodate the cooking of certain food for people with seafood allergies. New Tokyo is a great quality teppanyaki restaurant and is fairly consistently a positive experience. The chef’s have all of the tricks you’d expect down pat from the onion volcano,to vaulting zucchini into your mouth. Amazing value-sized bento lunch special; couldn’t finish mine with 5 sashimi, 4 Cali pieces, 2 shumai, 5 huge veg tempura pieces and soup and salad. Insane. $15. Added 2 sushi inagi pieces that were also large and lovely.
